Chapter seventeen.
My new hope.
I fell asleep on the couch, with my wet clothes. Even if I shivered a lot before sleeping, I didn't dare to ask YuKwon if I could change myself with some of his clothes.
The next morning, I woke up with a headache and I felt a little dizzy... I found myself with a blanket, I wondered:
"Does YuKwon still care about me?"
I shook my head, It was certainly impossible.
I,then heard footsteps and I saw YuKwon who was going outside, he said:
"If you're awake, you can leave now."
I nodded and left. I went back to JiEun's house, when WooBin opened the door, his eyes widened:
"Noona ! Where were you? Do you know how much we were worried last night?"
I smiled weakly and said:
"I'm fine WooBin, don't worry."
When I entered the house, JiEun and JongSeok came to me and hugged me. The finally stopped hugging me because I couldn't breath.
JiEun touch my face and said:
"Yah! Are you okay? It seems that you're sick! Stay at home."
I shook my head and answered:
"No...seriously I'm fine. I'll take some medecines and then, it will be alright."
I smiled and went upstairs to change myself.
When I arrived at school, I was sweating a lot , and my headache was unberable.
I was walking in the corridor, Bang EunJi greeted me and I greeted back, but she was holding an empty bottle.
I must have seen wrong but when she walked next to me to go in class, she smirked. I, then took the stairs to go to the teacher room, but I slipped and fell.
I winced in pain, when I tried to stand up. YuKwon, JiEun and the others saw me on the floor and everyone except YuKwon surrounded me.
[YuKwon P.O.V]
We were talking, when we noticed ShinYeong on the floor, I wanted to help her, my heart was beating quickly, I was about to run to her. But my feet automatically stopped. Seriously, my pride was more important than her.
While everyone was surrounding her, and asking her, if she was alright, I stared at her instead. I felt someone tapped my back, it was JiEun, I looked at her with one eyebrow up, I mouthed "what?".She rolled her eyes and sighed. JiHoon,JongUp and JiEun pushed me to ShinYeong and I fell in front of her. I glared at them, but they looked away whistheling.
I sighed, ShinYeong was looking at me. I, then bent down in front of her and carried her on my back.

When we were outside to go to the nursery room, she talked first:
"Why do you help me?"
He sighed and said, without looking at me:
"Don't misunderstand, I'm just helping a girl...even if you're not even a girl."
I looked at the sky and sighed. Somehow, what he said hurted me
He continued:
"You're heavy."
We arrived in the nursery room, and he left me alone. The nurse put a bandage around my ankle because I sprained my ankle when I fell from the stairs.
I slowly returned to class, as usual, students didn't listen to me.
It was the end of the day, JongSeok and WooBin had to stay at school because of their sport club. So I had to go back home alone. I slowly went outside, finally, I arrived near the gate. Fortunataly, I saw L.Joe in front of the gate, waiting for me. He smiled and asked me:
"What happened to your ankle?!"
I chuckled and answered:
"I kind of fell..."
"Aigo..clumbsy girl." He hit softly my head.
He helped me to walk, we headed to a little shop to get some food, because I told him that I didn't eat,the whole day; because of my sprained ankle. It hurted so much, when I was trying to walk. L.Joe had one arm around my waist and with his other hand, he was holding my hand.
When we entered in the shop, we were talking happily. Seriously, I didn't know what I'll do without L.Joe, he was such an important person in my life.
He, then stopped walking and stared at someone, I looked at the direction he was looking; we saw YuKwon, he was staring at us. YuKwon looked at my ankle and asked me:
"Your ankle?"
I lied:
"Fine."
I tried to walk, but I winced in pain. L.Joe held me. YuKwon was still staring at me, it was like he wanted to kill me. To my surprise, he said coldly:
"If you had returned back home after you fell, I wouldn't have said anything,You know. You're annoying."
He walked closer to me and bent down, he sighed:
" Get on my back."
"No, seriously I can walk by myself."
He shouted:
"JUST GET ON MY BACK!"
I, hesitantly get on his back. He then, walk to his house.
[YuKwon's P.O.V ]
Seriously, what are you doing , Kim YuKwon. I began to scold myself. I didn't understand myself. Why I helped that ShinYeong ?! I HATE HER TO DEATH! When we arrived at my house, I put her on the sofa, and threw bandages at her and I went upstairs. I sat in front of my desk. I looked for something in my drawer and it was a photo of ShinYeong and I, when she saw for the first time in the hospital. I stared at it. Immediatly, something went wrong with my heart for sure. I thought:
"NO KIM YUKWON !STOP IT!" I ruffled my hair, and «slammed» the picture on my desk and decided to go outside to take some fresh air.

I was sitting on the sofa, when I saw YuKwon outside. I decided to go talk to him. I sat next to him on the bench. He glanced at me. The atmosphere was quite awkward.
He cleared his throat and asked:
"Why are you here?"
I ignored his question, and said:
"Thank you for all you did today."
He didn't answer and stood up to look at the sky. I was still sitting on the bench, I looked at his back. I noticed something, my feelings for him didn't really disappear after all this years...
