Chapter ten.
My new hope.
Today was YuKwon's birthday. It's been about 6 months since MinAh and YuKwon dated. He was busy with dates, and other things related to his school club: the basketball team.
Both of us, started to become distant with each other. We found our own friends, when we saw each other at school, we smiled or just greeted, even if we lived under the same roof: Infact, I felt that we were growing.
But at home, it was the opposite, we often talked, just to annoy each other, since this moment:

YuKwon's basketball team lost the semi-finals.When we arrived home, he immediatly went to his bedroom, I followed him and said:
"YuKwon, it's ok. I think you did your best for this game."
He said coldly without facing me:
"Leave me alone."
I sighed and started to walk to him:
"You know, you aren't the only one in your team... You don't have to blame yourself."
He started to scream:
"Didn't you hear what I said?!"
When I was about to answer, he said harshly:
"What do you know about basketball?! NOTHING! You don't understand...my team counted on me!"
I looked away and said:
"You'll have another chance..."
He, finally turned around and shouted:
"YOU REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND!". He went out.

I was putting some make up on my face in my room with YuKwon sitting on my bed, watching TV. He then asked me sarcastically:
"Where are you going? Going out with your friend , your crush?"
I ignored his question and hummed a song instead, I remembered something and turned around:
"Oh, I remember, cook yourself tonight."
"WHAT?! But, I can't cook, you should know it!"
I sighed, after I finished putting make up on my face and answered:
"Then, starve and die."
I stood up and went outside to find L.Joe: infact, he asked me to help him with his mum's business. And of course I agreed. We arrived in front of a bakery, we entered inside and it wasn't that lively with colorful colors, chairs and tables were in a pathetic state. I looked at L.Joe and he rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly.
Without saying anything, I went to help his mum. Finally, after a tirering night, It was the time to close the bakery. To thank me, his mum offered me a birthday cake, where I wrote: « Happy birthday, Kim YuKwon (little pig!).»
I went back home, when I was about to enter, the door was locked, I looked for the keys, but I forgot them in my bedroom. I decided to wait in front of the house, and sat on the bench in the garden. It started to snow.
One hour, Two hours passed and YuKwon wasn't at home, I decided to call him but no answer... I started to sing to kill the time. It was now, midnight.
I decided to stand up to walk but I felt sick, and fell. But before I could touch the ground, someone caught me, and I landed on his chest. I then, heard someone whispered but it was still audible:
"I don't care who you love, I just love you ShinYeong..."
I looked up to see his face, I smiled a bit , I whispered:
"L.Joe?"
Then, the only thing, I knew is that I fainted.
[YuKwon's P.O.V]
I was walking to go back home, MinAh was next to me. Infact, I went out to take her for a walk. When, something caught my eyes: It was L.Joe and ShinYeong. I stared a long moment, when fortunatally, MinAh brought me on earth, she said:
"YuKwon-Ah, what's with that face? It seems like you're angry..."
Infact without noticing, I had a frowning face.....
