{Daehyun's POV}   After Changjo broke the news, my mind went blank. Everybody froze. Yongguk paused for a moment but then resumed on asking if Qri was alright. Changjo didn't look up after he said that. "If you're trying to pull of a joke just to catch our attention this is seriously not funny", I blurted out. Changjo didn't answer. I heard him sniffing as he wiped his tears. So it has to be true then. He can't possibly fake tears right? Still unable to accept the news, I grabbed his collar. "You better tell us it's just a joke or we won't be able to forgive you after that!"   "Why would I lie about such matters hyung? The doctor told me about this the other day, when she was admitted to the hospital", he spoke in a low voice. "What? When the hell did she got admitted?!", Yongguk stood up and strode towards us. Oh yes, I was there when she got admitted and we planned not to tell him. Now we're in deep . "Something happened but she's fine now hyung", I assured him. "That could be the reason to that!", he barked. "No hyung! The doctor told us she's at stage 4 now. It's critical. CAP has been accompanying her for treatments", Changjo explained. "Since when?" "When they got the results for her blood test. The doctor found out something else and Soojung noona and CAP hyung were the first to hear of it", he continued. Yongguk got out of the room. "Hyung where are you going?", Youngjae asked. He halted as he turned to face us. "I'm gonna take her away from that bastard. Both of you better come with me", he pointed to both me and Changjo. Oh hell is gonna break loose.       {Soojung's POV}   Was he serious when he said that? Does he think I'm that foolish enough to believe him? I guess he's just threatening me. I tried turning the knob but it was locked! "Krystal?", I heard L.Joe knocking on the door. "Oppa? Can you help me unlock this door?" "Hold on a sec." I heard him fumbling with the door knob. A few seconds later the door opened. "Krystal!", he rushed inside and hugged me. I wrapped my arms around his waist and took in his smell. I think I'm getting myself too attached to him nowadays. The feeling of being in a relationship with him is different from the one I had with Daehyun. L.Joe was always there for me when I think I could handle a problem by myself. He was the one who pursued for me rather than the other way round. And there hasn't been a day where he won't ever leave me alone. "You're not really getting engaged right?" "No. I don't even love her", he pulled me back so he could see my face. "I love you", he said.   As much as I wanted to give him a reply, I couldn't. He didn't know about my situation and I didn't want him to get hurt. A little part of me still couldn't completely forget about Daehyun. He was my first love after all.
