YOONA'S POV

we run inside seohyun's apartment and when we get there seohyun is crying and kyuhyun is fainted on the floor, seohyun sit next to him and keep shaking his body to wake him up but kyuhyun still fainted

"seohyun-ah!!" i run to seohyun and wrap my arms around her and take her to the couch, i stand up and help donghae take kyuhyun to his car

we're all inside donghae's car i sit in the front, donghae is driving and seohyun is at the back with kyuhyun who's still fainted

donghae drive so fast and we get to the hospital 

"wait here, i'm gonna go get the nurse" i said and seohyun nodded 

i run inside the emergency section and i can't help but yell "HELP I NEED NURSES!! EMERGENCY PLEASE HELP" then 2 nurses run towards me with a hospital bed and infusion "here, he's still inside" i said and i point to the car

donghae walk out and help putting kyuhyun on the bed and the nurses take kyuhyun

"KYUHYUN" seohyun run and follow where the nurses going

SEOHYUN'S POV

i follow the nurses who's taking kyuhyun and i keep holding kyuhyun's hand, this is the second time i'm being like this... this is the second time kyuhyun's like this i stop when we get to the operation room and the nurses's not allowing me to go in 

"i'm sorry miss you can't go in" she said and she close the door, the operation light when on

i stand there looking at the door... kyuhyun please you need to survive.. i lost jangmi, i don't want to lose you please try to survive

"Seohyun.." yoona's voice call me from behind, i turn around and i see her with donghae looking at me

but everything is a blur and i fall down.. everything's black

YOONA'S POV

"SEOHYUN" i said when seohyun suddenly fall and fainted

"NURSE! PLEASE EMERGENCY HERE!!" donghae call the nurse and a nurse run to us and put seohyun on the wheelchair

"is she ok??" i ask 

"we'll check her mi, we will bring her to a room and give her infusion, you can register her at the receptionist and they will tell you which room she'll be taken to" the nurse said and she take seohyun to the elevator

"here let's go, we need to register her" donghae said and we walk to the receptionist and he wrap his arm around me

"miss your friend, ms. seo joohyun is in room 502, and mr. cho Kyuhyun's operation is finished, and the doctor need to talk to you" the nurse on the reception said

"what? talk to me?" i ask

"neh, the doctor is inside" she said while pointing at the door  behind me

"arraso" i said

donghae and i walk to the room and the doctor is sitting there

"please sit down" he said

"your friend, ms. seo joohyun is fine, she's just tired and have a lot of pressure, but mr. cho kyuhyun... " the doctor said

"what? is he ok?" donghae ask

"his disease... it's become worse,  it's a congestive heart failure and the treatment we have here wont be enough, is he happen to live with his parents?" the doctor ask

i don't know anything so i look at donghae

"um.. no he live in korea by him self for more than 5 years, he just come visit his parents twice a year" he said

"where's his parents?" the doctor ask

"his parents and the rest of his family live in America" donghae said

"really? hmm... what a luck! i was about to tell you that he need a treatment in america because the treatment we have in asia is limited and his disease's getting worse" he said

i got shock and don't know what today.. if kyuhyun-shi move to america.. seohyun...

"it's for the best... you both need to talk to ms. seo joohyun about this" he said

"how long should he stay there?" i ask

"for intensive treatment.... i say 2 years" he said

"ok doctor, thank you" we both stand up and leave

"502? this is the room right?" donghae ask me

"i think so" i said

"umm.. i'm gonna get you some food, you need to talk to her about what the doctor said" he said

"neh.. arrasso.. but.. donghae.. what will happen if kyuhyun-shi really move to america?" i said

"i don't know.. but the doctor was right..it is for the best" 

i sigh and i nodded, i walk inside seo's room and i see her awake but still lying down looking at the wall

SEOHYUN'S POV

i open my eyes and find my self in a room, alone... suddenly my wrist's aching, i look at it and there's an infusion

i try to remember what happen but all that i remember is kyuhyun being taken inside the operation room

kyuhyun are you ok now? what happen to you....

the door's open and yoona walk inside 

"hey.. are you ok?" she ask me

i just nodded 

"where's kyuhyun?" i said

"his operation is finished, i'll take you to him but there's something you need to know"

" what is it?" i said and i sit on the bed

"the doctor said he need to move to america with his family, his disease is getting worse and the treatment in asia is not enough and the doctor said he need to stay in america for 2 years treatment" yoona said

"wh..what?" i said... i can't believe what i'm hearing... i just lost jangmi and now kyuhyun is leaving me for 2 years

"seo i know it's hard.. i know but it's for the best.. trust me he'll be back" she said

"yoona it's 2 years.. 2 years is not same with a blink of an eye...it's a very long long time" i said as tears start to form

"i know.. i know but you also know that it's for the best right... imagine if he didn't go to america... what will happen to him...seo, you need to try to let go" she said and she hug me

kyuhyun... how can i survive without you?
