Hi, I'm Jiyong. I have a boyfriend who had grew up with me. His name is Youngbae. I've always thought of him as a friend, until last year. I found that I have fell in love with him and confessed. Soon, we were a pair of lovers. I concentrated only on him. But by Youngbae's side, there were always other girls. There were other guys around him too. 

To me, he was the only one. But to him, I may just be another guy... I guessI will never find out.  

" Hey Youngbae. Want to go to the movies? " asked Jiyong. 

" Can't, going out with friends," he mumbled. 

He was always like that.
To him, I was just a boyfriend. 

The days passed, yet he had never even said " I love you " to me. Yet with each passing day, he would give me a doll, without fail. 

" Ummm, Youngbae, I..." I stuttered. 

" What... don't drag, just say..." he said crossly. 

" I love you." I said. 

" ... Umm, just take this doll and go home." he replied. 

I sighed. 

This is how it began. The dolls I recieved from him filled my room. 

One by one, day by day. 

Another day, another doll... Will it ever end? 

Today's my 25th birthday. I pictured a birthday celebration with Youngbae. I stranded myself in my room, just waiting for his call.

But lunch passed.

Dinner passed. 

And soon, it was dark. He still didn't call.

Then at 2am...

" Hello?" I answered eagerly. 

" Come outside. " he said.

" Youngbae..." I called out.

" Here, take this..." he said.

Again, he handed me a doll.  

" What's this? " I asked. 

" I did not give this to you yesterday. So I'm giving it to you now. " he said and started to leave. 

" Wait..." I said. 

" Do you know what today is? " I added. 

" Today? Huhh?" he questioned. 

Maybe I was just another guy. 

I thought he'd at least remember my birthday. 

" Wait... Tell me, tell me that you love me..." I pleaded. 

" What..?" he asked. 

" I don't want to say I love someone so easily..." he added. 

" If you are so desperate, then go find someone else. " he finally said. 

That's what he said before running off. 

My legs felt numb and I collapsed. 

I felt that maybe he isn't the right person for me...
