Leeteuk  was eagerly looking at the watch, hoping that it would turn 11 miraculously fast, so that he could close the café and go home at once. It was not even his shift, his colleague supervisor Shindong  once again had ditched him, forcing him to take up  his shift.

“Why should I do it…? It’s not my responsibility..It’s your shift “He had argued.

“Yeah it is ,but I also have other important tasks as a supervisor to look into.”Shindong had commented.

“Oh..I know all your ‘Important’ tasks…since when going out with your girlfriend became related to your ‘Supervisor’ job.”Leeteuk stated flatly.

“Well I will decide what is related and what is not..”

“But I am here since morning and you didn’t even turned up till 5 P.M..”Leeteuk was frustrated.

“Because I had an evening shift…duhh” Shindong had stated rolling his eyes.

“Yeah, the one you are ditching…..but aren’t you supposed to be here if you have to SUPERVISE us??”

“I have some extra privileges..as a supervisor.And I have my eye on every one of you..even if I am not here.”Shindong  had commented chuckling.

Leeteuk was irritated. He thought he would go mad if he hears word ‘supervisor’ one more time. He knew there’s no point in arguing here. Shindong with his smart talks and all, was the blue eyed boy of his employer , owner of cafe. He would get his way almost all the time.

“Don’t forget to clean up before closing……..”Shindong had instructed before leaving.

Leetuek frowned remembering the incident. He glanced over the café; there were very few customers at this hour. Sighning Leeteuk settled down on the counter.

 Working in double shifts in a small café was not exactly Leeteuk’s dream job. Coming from a middle class family, He always had a big dream of doing something on his own..his own café.So after graduation he started to work,  observing every minute detail, learning from experience.He didn’t have money for  a fancy management degree anyway.

He saved everything he could  for this in last 4 years, spending very less on himself. But somehow the savings were not  enough ,this is not the right time he always thought.

“Daydreaming again hyung??”He came to senses when he heard a familiar voice.

“Kyuhyun ah…I didn’t see you coming.”Leeteuk smiled at his regular customer.

“Figures….”Kyuhyun chuckled, flopping on one of the seat .

“the regular..??”Leeteuk asked as he started to prepare black coffee.

“How was your day...?”He questioned putting the hot cup in front of the other.

“Busy as usual ….”Kyuhyun answered taking a sip.

“So what about you?,  stuck here again in a double shift …??”he asked looking at Leeteuk.

“Yeahh…but it’s ok …the extra money will help.” Leeteuk said sighning.

“Don’t be too hard on yourself hyung…you won’t be able to run a café of your own, if your health is not up to it ”Kyuhyun  stated in concern.

“You are already growing old..”He added mischievously.

“Brat….!!” Leeteuk said in mock anger.

”Just a little more time like this Kyuhyun ah…Then I will be out of here …“ he completed sighning ,with dreamy eyes.
