End(Part II)
Stupid LiarWhen Taeyang finally fell asleep, I silently walked out his room.
I opened the door about to burst out in tears.
But something blocked it.
The something moved away so I could push the door open.
When I lifted my face to see who was there,
I was a little bit surprised.
"Hey," he said softly.
"Hey," I replied the same way.
Jiyong looked sick.
His eyes were red as if he cried all night and his body was slimmer than ever.
It's been 8 months since I last saw him.
After that day, he left for Japan.
My thoughts went back to that painful moment...
I tried to remember the pain, the feeling of being "dead".
But I couldn't feel it.
"Is Taeyang inside?" he asked with an upset voice.
"Neh. But you should see him later, he's sleeping.
He doesn't get much rest so let's leave him to that for now." I replied.
We went to the hospital's garden and sat on a bench.
We were seated together, our arms touching each other.
I searched for that awkward feeling in me,
and was surprised to feel nothing at all for the moment.
No anxiety, no pain, no LOVE.
I was next to Jiyong aka Gdragon, but unexpectedly,
MY HEART DIDN'T CARE.
Jeongmal? I asked my heart if it was really over Jiyong,
and like a 'yes', my heart beated normally.
I looked at the person beside me,
tried to read his mind.
If I read it right, there wasn't anything in his thoughts that was about me.
None!
Wala! (in Filipino)
Jiyong leaned forward and placed his palms together.
"Will Taeyang.... How long... Can he....--------
He couldn't think of the right question to ask and ended his words with a pissed "UHG!"
I patted his back,
"He will live, don't worry. He's not gonna give up because he loves us. He's been waiting for your return too. Ya, what took you so long?"
I was again astonished as to how I asked him as if nothing ever happened between us.
It was as if we were good friends.
He looked at me in the eyes.
Again, I tried to listen to my heartbeat. It was normal.
"I was trying to get over you." he replied.
I tried to read his mind again...
"And?" I asked without expecting much.
Well, I asked as if I only wanted to know, and not because I
wanted him to say 'no'.
He smiled, "I succeeded."
I smiled back. Okay! Now that really felt sooooo--------
INOFFENSIVE!
I wanted to laugh but I was too tired,
finally after all these years...
We settled to an end...
Freeing each other and forgetting the past felt really good....! :D
NOTE: Wait! There's more! :DDD
