Beep beep. Beep beep. (Hey what do your alarm clocks sound like guys?)

                Seohyun opened her eyes, squinting before pressing the button to stop the infernal beeping that wormed its way into her head to wake her. The sun wasn’t quite up yet for the winter days were brief and the nights long. Strewn across a chair was the dress she was wearing the night before. Seohyun drew her hand across her forehead and pushed her hair up and out of her face, sighing as she recalled the events of the night before. She had to hitch a ride with Sica and Jonghyun because Junghyun was still as cold as a block of ice in the Arctic. She felt a slight flare of anger, whatever had happened; Junghyun didn’t need to react so extremely against his parents. The slight feeling of being wronged slowly turned into pensiveness as Seohyun considered the possibilities of his past.

                Moments later, fresh from a shower, Seohyun was in the kitchen, hair up in a refreshing bun, study sheets taped to the cupboards around the kitchen (AN: something I actually do XD it works!) flipping blueberry pancakes (AN: dunno where this came from…. Maybe a craving?). She was in the mood for an American style breakfast. Auntie had gone on a trip to Jeju with the rest of her friends and had insisted on taking the whole retinue of servants with her.

                Sanctimonious – (adj.) to act morally superior to someone, she recited in her head while opening the cupboards to take down a stack of plates. Seohyun continued going over her vocab as she ate her breakfast and rinsed the plates. Looking up, she saw a black car roll into the driveway. Sica unnie? No, that would be a pink car. Her new boy toy? Doubtful, considering how much she liked Jonghyun. The car came close enough for her to see the face inside the front seat.

(OK, it was really obvious.)

Junghyun (he’s permanently Junghyun for now. Too confusing having two Jonghyuns.) ?

Why was he here? Wasn’t he super mad just the day before?

Seohyun quickly put her apron away and tidied herself in front of the floor length mirror in the hall, awaiting giddily the doorbell. She paused, why was it taking so long? Seohyun tiptoed, bent one of the blinds down in the middle and peeked out the tall windows beside the door. Only to come face to face with Jonghyun. She started while he smirked. Blinking, a blush tinting her cheeks she opened the door.

“Mian—“

“Apology accepted. Come on. You’re prepared right. I’ll take you to school.” He turned around abruptly and walked down the steps towards his car. Seohyun stood at the door, stunned. This was just too weird. Junghyun paused halfway down the driveway and looked back at her.

“Aren’t you coming?” When he smiled, she felt as if angels were singing. Seohyun nodded eagerly. When she stepped into the car, she realized an angle was really singing; a song she had never heard before was playing.

“What song is this?”

Junghyun turned it off before blushing and looking straight ahead.

“It’s just some song.”

“Why did you turn it off? I want to listen!”

“No.”

“Wae? I want to listen.”

“No.”

                Minhyuk stopped. Was that Seohyun? And wasn’t that Lee Junghyun’s Porsche?

He shook his head in frustration. It shouldn’t be too late yet…

               Yonghwa parked his bike in the last available parking space, smirking at the furious guy who punched his dashboard. Tossing his keys, he walked towards the school’s main entrance at a leisurely pace. Suddenly, seeing something uncommon he stopped. Junghyun, a loner by nature was walking and talking to someone. A girl. Who’s that?

                The girl’s features reminded him of… Seohyun.

                First his party date and now best buddies at school? Yonghwa shook his head. He couldn’t shake the feeling that there was something he didn’t like about that. Something that didn’t feel right.

(AN: No duh, this is a Yongseo story so why are you standing aside~?)

                “If not a singer then… have you ever thought of being a producer?” said Seohyun, leaning against the dark blue lockers in the hall. Junghyun shut his door and turned to face her.

                “Stop bringing it up!”

                “Why? It’s amazing. Aww, the talented musical genius is embarrassed.”

                Someone was stealing glances at them while conversing with his friends. Unlike Yonghwa, he knew exactly what he didn’t like about the situation.

AN: So it’s kinda a cliffhanger XD. Seems like there's 2 ppl def after seohyun (mystery guy and minhyukkie) , 2 ppl who are kinda in the grey right now (Yong and Junghyun)

I’m sorry guys, I know, I’ve been away for so long and my first chapter back is super short and looks kinda rushed. I’m super busy right now and lately I seem to have lost the affinity I had to writing. It’s almost like I can’t write anymore and it really . T.T
