It was too early to wake up let alone go to school.

L was in a state of distress as the alarm on his phone kept going off: "Heeeey~ y Lay-day!"

Oh God, please shut up. This song is already getting on my last nerves.

One could only press the SNOOZE button so many times before finally building up the urge to fling it across the room but he didn't. Instead he took a deep breath and pressed the DISMISS button as he finally sat up on his bed. He pulled off the covers and placed his feet on the cold wooden floor as he sat on the edge of the bed. His hair was a mess as he only wore a simple black t-shirt and his plaid dark-blue boxers. He buried his face in the palm of his hands before rubbing his hands over his eyes to wake himself up. He brushed his fingers through his hair as he stood up and headed towards the bathroom. 

He looked at himself in the mirror and scoffed before finally turning on the faucet. He let the cold water run as he grabbed his toothbrush and toothpaste from the cabinet. He brushed his teeth and then immediately after splashed the cold water onto his face: it helped fight off the exhaustion that crept over him. He knew he shouldn't have gone to that party the night before but... anything for a good time. He let the water run over his head. The water dripped over his face and down his neck wetting the black shirt he had forgotten to take off. He grabbed the towel off the rack behind the door before taking off his shirt and towel dried his face and hair.

His cell phone started ringing from the bedroom. He already had an
