Normal pov
Gui Gui ran to the garden in the school and sat near the fountain. No one was there except for her because the rest of the students are in class. She hugged her knees and cried bitterly. She looked at the fountain.
*Flashback*
Gui Gui was sitting at the bench near the fountain waiting for Wang Zi. He was late, again. She knew that his workplace is very far and that he could not decide when his shift ends. He works at a cafe part time as he wanted to have more allowance. Finally, he came.
"Gui.. S..Sorry. I'm l..late" Wang Zi said, panting. It was obvious that he ran here from the bus stop which was quite far from here.
Gui Gui pouted and folded her arms.
"Qiu Sheng Yi! You're 35 minutes and 23 seconds late!" Gui Gui said and pretended to be angry. She looked away and started giggling to herself. She knew that she would never be angry for him being late. From the corner of her eyes, she could see Wang Zi panicking. Suddenly, he turned her around and crashed his lips on hers. Gui Gui smiled blissfully as she parted from the kiss. "You're forgiven! And i wasn't even angry." Gui Gui said, and stuck her tongue out at him. Wang Zi looked at her and exclaimed,
"Wu Ying Jie, you tricked me. Well, take this!" Wang Zi said and started splashing her with the water in the fountain. Gui Gui splashed back and they both started playing. Finally, they were so tired. And were drenched too.
"I love you, Gui." Wang Zi said
"I love you too!" Gui Gui said, giving him a peck on the lips. Suddenly, Gui Gui asked,
"Wang Zi, if someone gave you five billion dollars just to break up with me, will you do that?" Wang Zi smiled at her and squeezed her cheeks.
"I wouldn't leave you even if that "someone" gives me all the money in the world!" He said, looking in my eyes.
*End of flashback*
Gui Guí's pov
Wang Zi... You promised me that you would never leave me... I'm sorry.. Why was i so childish that day?! Nothing would have happened...
"Gui Gui?" Smeone called.
Aaron's pov
The school bell rang and i went to find Chun and Jiro.
"Where's Gui/Calvin?" Chun and Jiro asked at the same time.
"Gui Gui is more important answer mine first." Chun said impatiently and Jiro glared at him. I shrugged and said
"Gui Gui answered a phone call and never came back to the class. Calvin is talking to Hebe.
"Help me find Gui." Chun said and i nodded. But why was i so worried? She could take care of herself... Thats what i kept thinking but I never stopped looking. Suddenly, i found her.
"Gui Gui?" I called her. She looked up and i got a shock. She had been crying and her eyes were all red and puffy. Somehow, my heart ached.. The last time i actually felt like this was when i fell in love with Rainie. But i only knew her for... One day! To be exact, LESS than one day! I'm such a flirt...  I said as gently as I could,
"What's wrong?" She started crying even harder and i hugged her, comforting her. After around 10 minutes, she fell asleep. I called Chun and told him that she was with me. I then brought her to Chun's car and lay her inside. We all had spares of each others car keys as we may need it for emergency uses.
Chun's pov
"Is she alright?" Jiro asked me. I sighed and replied him
"She fell asleep. I'm bringing her home." Just then, Hebe, Selina and Ella came running towards us.
"I can't find Gui-" Hebe began
"I'm bringing her home. Aaron found her." I said.
"I'm going up first."Jiro said and walked away.
"Okay, spill Hebe. What happened? Why was she crying?" I asked her. Hebe then replied me,
" I think Auntie Qiu called. And judging by Gui's face, i don't think its anything good, nor something very bad."
"WHAT?! SHE CALLED?!" Me, Selina and Ella shouted. Hebe just nodded her head and said, "well, Auntie Qiu calls weekly to inform Gui on Wang Zi's condition. But, the last time she called Gui in school is when Wang Zi was transferred in the ICU."
"Yeah, and our poor Gui Gui went to see him daily, resulting to a 39 degrees fever." Selina said
That poor girl, she should really stop blaming herself, but she never listens." Ella added in. We all sighed and I told them to tell the teachers that we are not going to school for the rest of today.
Aaron's pov
When i looked at Gui Gui, i had a strong urge to move closer to her lips. She looked adorable when she's sleeping. I moved closer to her lips and was about to touch it when someone shouted,
"AARON!" I looked up and saw Chun.
"Dude you're late." I said and glared at him.
"Give me your keys. I left mine in the classroom."Chun said. I threw him the car keys and it landed on the floor. I burst into laughter and said to him,
"You could seriously improve on your catching skills." He glared at me and said,
"I'll deal with you later." He said and drove off. I knew that it was actually MY fault. I never really succeeded throwing something well. But it felt good to blame someone. I walked back to the class.
