A year had passed since Jungah and Eun Mi had run into each other at the club.  Jungah was now busy promoting After School's new album, and Eun Mi was back in L.A. attending graduate school.  It seemed that both girls had moved on.  Of course, this was not the case.  Despite all the time that had passed, neither girl was able to forget the other.  Jungah, every weekend, for the past year, went to the club in hopes of seeing Eun Mi again.  Eun Mi, on the other hand, even after returning to L.A., found herself looking up news on After School, instead of doing research for her class, just to see if Jungah was single (and doing well).

Jihyo's POV

Jungah thinks she is so smooth, but it is clear that something is on her mind.  I'm guessing it has to do with Eun Mi, but it has already been a year...

Aigoo, maybe it doesn't have anything to do with Eun Mi.  Seems silly that Jungah would be holding onto a girl that she doesn't even know.  Then again, I know that she has been going to the club every weekend, even after working 18 hour days.  Ah, but I don't know how much help I would be if it does have something to do with Eun Mi.  She hasn't reached out to me at all since that night at the diner, and I don't have her contact information.

I should just call Jungah and ask her what's going on...

[Jihyo calls Jungah]

"Hello?" - Jungah

"Hey Jungah, it's Jihyo." - Jihyo

"Oh hey!  What's up?" - Jungah

"Not much.  On set for Running Man." - Jihyo

"That's cool.  How are you and Dara?" - Jungah

"We are good.  How have you been?  Last time I saw you...you seemed a little distracted." - Jihyo

"You noticed?  Yeah, for some reason I keep thinking about Eun Mi.  I want to see her again.  Can you believe that?  It's been over a year and I still can't manage to forget about that girl!  I've gone to the club every weekend since running into her that one time, but she hasn't come back.  I must have really scared her that night." - Jungah

"Hm...are you sure she is still in Korea?" - Jihyo

"Oh my God!  It never occurred to me that she might have gone back to L.A." - Jungah

"Aish!  Is your head always so far up in the clouds?!" - Jihyo

"Hush.  Anyways, if she is back in L.A. there isn't much I can do..." - Jungah

"I'm sorry Jungah.  I wish there was something I could do for you, but she hasn't reached out to me at all, and I don't have her contact information saved." - Jihyo

"Actually, maybe there is something you can help me do..." - Jungah

Two weeks later, Eun Mi had just finished class and was about to head home when someone suddenly tapped her on the shoulder.  She slowly turned around, and let out a loud sigh, unable to hide her disappointment, when she saw who it was...

"Hi Ashley..." - Eun Mi

"Hey, long time no see." - Ashley

"Yeah, it's been awhile." - Eun Mi

"So, I know I really hurt you and I am probably the last person you want to see, but I was hoping we could sit down and talk." - Ashley

"You're right.  You are the last person I want to see, so why would I want to sit down and talk?" - Eun Mi

"Please Eun Mi.  I really need to talk to you." - Ashley

"Fine.  Let's go to the coffee house." - Eun Mi

"Thank you." - Ashley

At the same time, somewhere else in L.A.

[Someone knocks on Eun Mi's door]

[Eun Mi's mother answers the door]

"Hello, is there something I can help you with?" - Eun Mi's mother

"Hi, is Eun Mi here?" - stranger

"No, she hasn't returned from class yet." - Eun Mi's mother

"Oh...do you know what time she will be home?" - stranger

"She should already be home, so I am guessing she went to the coffee house on her way back." - Eun Mi's mother

"Great.  Where can I find this coffee house?" - stranger

[Eun Mi's mother writes the address down on a piece of paper and hands it to the stranger]

"Come back if you have any trouble finding it!  Oh, by the way, how do you know Eun Mi?" - Eun Mi's mother

"I met her in Korea!  Thanks again for all your help!" - stranger

[The two wave to one another as the stranger gets back in the taxi and hands the driver the piece of paper with the address on it]

At the coffee house, Eun Mi was sitting at the table by herself, waiting for Ashley to come back with their drinks.  She looked down at her watch and sighed, "What the hell is taking her so long!  Better yet, why am I here?!"  After another few minutes, Ashley returned with their drinks.

"Took you long enough." - Eun Mi

"Yeah, sorry.  The girl forgot to put soy milk in yours, so I had her remake it." - Ashley

"Oh...thanks." - Eun Mi

"Anyways, I won't beat around the bush Eun Mi.  I miss you.  I ed up.  I want you back.  Please forgive me." - Ashley

"You broke my heart Ashley.  You left me for someone else!" - Eun Mi

"I know sweetheart.  I'm sorry.  I won't do it again.  Please, at least think about it." - Ashley

"Ugh.  Don't call me sweetheart.  You are probably only here because you got dumped." - Eun Mi

"Don't be so cold.  You know I love you.  I know you love me." - Ashley

"You don't love me, and I certainly don't love you.  I am pretty sure I got over you." - Eun Mi

"Did you now?" - Ashley

"Yeah.  In fact, I met someone new in Korea." - Eun Mi

"Doubtful.  I am the only one who would ever want you.  You and I both know this." - Ashley

"Sigh...you're rig..." - Eun Mi

Eun Mi was cut off by someone's lips pressed against her own.  She looked up and smiled.  It was Jungah.

Two weeks ago, Jungah enlisted the help of Jihyo to track down Eun Mi in L.A.  After working around the clock for over a week, they had finally succeeded in getting Eun Mi's address.  Jungah immediately booked a flight to L.A.  Now, after talking with Eun Mi's mother, she found herself standing in the doorway of the coffee house staring at Eun Mi, who was having an intense conversation with the girl sitting across from her.  Jungah didn't understand what the girls were saying to one another, but she could tell Eun Mi was upset.  This did not settle well with Jungah.  She hated to see the girl she loved in pain, so with that, she strided over to the table and planted her lips against Eun Mi's.

"What are you doing here Jungah?" - Eun Mi

"I came here to find you." - Jungah

"Me?" - Eun Mi

"Yes you!  I have been going to the club every weekend for a year, hoping to see you again!  It didn't occur to me that you might have moved back to L.A. until two weeks ago, when I was talking with Jihyo!" - Jungah

"Really?  I was so embarassed about what happened at the club that night.  I have to admit, I moved back to L.A. so I wouldn't have to face you again..." - Eun Mi

"I didn't mean to scare you that night.  I haven't been able to get you out of my head.  I really liked you back then.  I still really like you.  I'm sorry if this is strange.  I know we don't know each other very well, but I feel like we have a connection." - Jungah 

"I feel the same way, but I never thought you would like someone like me.  I'm just plain old Eun Mi.  I am no one important.  I don't deserve an idol like you." - Eun Mi

"Don't be silly Eun Mi.  You're special.  You're beautiful.  And I don't want anybody, but you." - Jungah

"Excuse me, I don't mean to interrupt, but I have no idea what you two are talking about.  Do you mind filling me in?" - Ashley

"Oh, sorry, this is Jungah, the girl I was just telling you about - the person I met in Korea." - Eun Mi

"Wow, okay, I guess you really did move on." - Ashley

"Yeah, I really did.  Now, if you could please excuse us, we have somewhere to be." - Eun Mi

Eun Mi didn't wait for Ashley to respond, she grabbed Jungah's hand and ran out of the coffee house as fast as she could, dragging Jungah behind her.  Eun Mi had no idea where she was dragging Jungah to, but before she could figure it out, Jungah had stopped.  Eun Mi looked behind her and asked Jungah, "What's the matter?  Why did you stop?"  Jungah just smiled and pointed at the building behind her.  Eun Mi looked up and read, "SLS Hotel."  The two girls just looked at each other and smiled, and then, without speaking a word to each other, slowly walked into the hotel.
