You went to the nurse and she felt your forehead, frowning.
"I thought the two of you were playing hooky but she actually does have a fever."
DaeHyun frowned at you.
"She has a mild cold. She should get better in a few weeks."
*That would explain the chills, cough and dizziness.*
DaeHyun nodded, "I'll take her home."
She agreed, "Let me just write out a pass for you two."
The nurse gave DaeHyun a pink slip and turned to you, "You should go home. Eat porridge, eat soup. Drink lots of water. Cold medicine should be enough."
Then she turned to DaeHyun, "And YOU should take very good care of her. There's only so much, a little adoration from the boyfriend wouldn't hurt."
Your face flamed, she laughed.
The two of you bowed and exited the school.
You let out a sneeze, DaeHyun smiled.
He bent down, "Get on."
You frantically shook your head, "NO no. I'm not THAT sick."
He shushed you, "Hurry up. My legs are hurting."
Sighing in defeat, you got on his back.
DaeHyun easily lifted you up and walked to your home.
You rested your cheek on his back and smiled in content.
"_________-ah?"
"Hmm?"
"Don't get hurt...okay?"
*Because of me.*
You thought he was referring to your sickness, "I won't. Don't worry. I'm a big girl."
He chuckled, "No you're my baby."
You blushed and became silent.
He laughed, "Speechless?"
"Dumbfounded."
You retorted, sarcastically.
He hoisted you up and you yelped, he laughed, "That's what you get for being sarcastic."
You pouted, "But you are too!"
The two of you bickered all the way to your home.
When you arrived, he knocked at the door but no one was home.
Trying the doorknob, he realized it was open and carried you inside, even though you argued.
"AHJUMMMMAAA!"
There was no reply, he tilted his head, "That's odd..normally she's home-oh. She's staying overnight at a friend's house..that lady..her and her gostop games.."
You laughed, "That's my aunt."
Coughing again, you turned your head so you wouldn't cough on DaeHyun.
His eyes softened, he carried you upstairs and set you down on your bed.
"Change, I'll make you something warm."
You frowned, "But you're the guest."
He scoffed, "Oh please. I've been to this house many more times than you've lived here."
You rolled your eyes, he closed the door and went downstairs.
Coughing again, "It's not even a bad cold.."
