Chapter 19
"Chanyeol?"
I look up at him...he was carrying me bridal style
He looks down at me and I look away. It's just awkward...he makes me feel weird..I don't know maybe this is how you feel when you see your ex.
Especially since I've been avoiding him for two years.
"Put me down"
"No..."
He held me tighter, closer to his chest.
"Didn't you hear me... I said put me down"
Chanyeol exhales and slowly placed me down.
My head felt terrible...it was as if someone was yanking my hair hard, tying it to a bike and riding it.
I tried to stand but I stumbled.
Luckily he was there...I would have fall on the floor instead, but I fell into his arms.
He picks me up again and says
"Can't argue this time"
I wanted to tell him to leave me alone and let me be...but knowing Chanyeol, I know I can't change his mind...and in this state...no way
*cough*
Chanyeol looks to his right and we see Kai standing there awkwardly holding the door.
"Oh yeah Kai! I wanted to say congrats on graduating "
"Thanks Hyung " Kai said uneasily while looking at me
Kai was staring at me for a while for some reason
"Umm.." Cough "Minnie ah...your are showing"
"What!"
I immediately looked down and realize that I was wearing a dress. I'm only wearing a dress because its special occasion.
I can't believe I forgot...
Chanyeol looks down too and I noticed that his hands are on my thighs
I slapped his hand.
" HEY! Park Chanyeol! Where do you think your touching!"
Chanyeol's face reddens and for some reason he feels warmer.
He kept quiet and looks away
"Yah! ERT!"
"Yah! ERT!" Chanyeol imitates me
"Shhh...keep it down, people will hear. Guys, come in here first"
Kai gestures us into the classroom and heads towards a desk.
Chanyeol carries me and sat me down on top of a desk.
I searched through my purse and grabbed Kai's present.
"Here...congratulations! I wanted to give this to you a while ago, but today's a good day to give this"
Kai looked surprised.
He slowly opened the wrapper and sees a small black leather box.
He opens the lid and sees a Rolex watch
His mouth was wide opened
"Hehehe...Kai, you can close your mouth. Flies looks like their going to get in"
"Wow! Minnie, this is nice...but it's so expensive, you shouldn't have"
"It's okay, I got one for myself too. Look at the back"
Kai looks at the back and sees the engraving
'Because your worth it'
"Hahaha" laughs Chanyeol
Kai had a puzzled face, he didn't understand what was so funny
"What's so funny? What is it suppose to mean?"
"I knew you would say that this gift was too expensive and all so I just thought this quote matches it well. I think your worthy of this watch"
"Then what's so funny?"
"It's suppose to be, because I'm worth it not because your worth it" Chanyeol replies
Kai looked even more confused
"That English commercial L'oreal, remember Min? Remember when we joked about that?"
Yes, I remember...of course I remember. We used to laugh and joke a lot back then...
-flashback-
In my acting class we had to act out for a commercial,we were paired up and whoever did the best got the chance to be in that commercial.
I was paired up with a trainee named Jiyeon, I don't know but she always gives me dirty looks.
I heard she was supposed to be in snsd but they didn't put her in for some reason.
I wonder why?
Chanyeol came over with his partner
"AYO waddap Min"
"Ayo wassup Yeollie"
"Who's this?" Asked Chanyeol
Jiyeon 's face changed, she looked shy
"Oh...she's Jiyeon my partner"
I glanced at Chanyeol's partner, he was around the same height as me. He looked like he was the same age as me but I don't know
"This your partner?"
"Yeah...he's Sehun, he just came here a few months ago"
Chanyeol nudges Sehun
"Annyeoassayo..." Sehun bowed "Noona, I am Oh Sehun...it's nice to meet you"
Noona? He called me Noona? I thought we were the same age.
"Anyeo! Sehunnie, my name is Kim Minhee"
"Hey! You kids, it's time to practice not to chit chat !" Screams our teacher
"Aigoo...this Sunsengnim, Min we got to go, I'll see you later" he grabs me and hug me tightly patting my head
He lets go and stares at me
" bye!" He smiles
I waved and they went back to their side
"Is that your boyfriend?" Says Jiyeon
I swear that's the first time she talked to me...and she had to say that out of all things.
"Yeah"
Her face scrunged up in disgust
What's with her? Who does she think she is?
"Let's practice" I said
20 minutes later
"Yah!!! Your not saying it properly! Are you even a Korean!" Jiyeon snapped
I roll my eyes, what's up her ? Yeah I'm not Korean, so what?
"Let's just do it again then" I said
We practiced a few more times and in every attempt she always complain that I did this wrong , that wrong.

"Everyone, times up! " screams Sunsengnim
Everyone came and sat together in the front and each group went up one at a time.
It was finally me and Jiyeons turn.
We decided to sing a jingle that we made up and then say the slogan.
As we stood up Jiyeon sang first and we danced
"Just like a ocean, it'll cool you~" Jiyeon's voice sounded like chicken scratch, it was very high and squeaky
"Just like..."
"A volcano, I'll melt you~" sang Jiyeon
What! She took my line!
I tried to sing but whenever I tried she would shove me away, finally near the end she was about to say the slogan but I quickly opened a can of soju and it exploded in her face.
"Soju...because I'm worth it" I smiled
"Agh!" Screams Jiyeon and she pushes me
Everyone just stares at me, I ignored it and sat back down.
After everyone was finished performing they announced the winner. It was me, I was surprised. My performance wasn't that great..Well I didn't have that much parts, but whatever it doesn't matter.
Chanyeol came and hugged me
"Congrats Min!"
He laughs, I stared at him; he looks like a maniac
"What's so funny?"
"When the soju exploded in Jiyeons face. It was like BAM! And it squirted everywhere!"
That's nothing...I can do worser than that, but I have self control. I don't need to waste my energy on someone like her.
"I know...I did it on purpose. She was being a , she took my parts"
"I know...everyone saw..but Min why didn't you say the slogan? What's with because I'm worth it?"
"Oh that? Here look" I show Chanyeol the L'Oreal commercial on my phone, we lay on the floor watching it
"I still don't get it"
"The original slogan for Soju was, Soju...because your worth it. Jiyeon kept staring at you...I didn't want to say that. She doesn't deserve you, so I said because I'm worth it instead"
Chanyeol laughs
"Aigoo" he playfully squeeze my cheek
"Someone's fighting over me "
" Because I'm worth it! Because I'm worth it!" Laughs Chanyeol
"Yah! Who said they're fighting over you!" I slapped Chanyeol's arms
Chanyeol snorted and starts poking my stomach
"You are!"
"Hahahahaha! Stop it! It tickles!"
Chanyeol stops and rolled on top of me, he closed his eyes and leans in close
-end of flashback-
I smirked, I can't believe Chanyeol still remembers
"Huh?" Says Kai
"It's okay Kai, it's not important...it's just a inside joke"
He raises his eyebrow and then drops it
"So, do you have any plans for today?" Asks Kai
"Hmm..no. It was just attending your grad. Why?"
"Oh, we're having a little party"
"Really?"
"You should come since you don't have any other plans"
"Sure, since I haven't ate Kyungsoo's food for long time"
"Did you drive here?" Asks Chanyeol
"Of course not...I took the taxi, how can I drive with crutches?"
" Hyung, did you drive here?"
"Yeah, I didn't want to bother anyone. Come one let's go"
"Kai can you pass me my crutches?"
Kai turned around and took my crutches, but as he grabs them Chanyeol took off his trench coat.
One of my eyebrow raises, what is this guy doing?
"What are you doing? Are you stripping?"
"Hahahahha" Chanyeol laughs
"Of course not, I'm not like Kai...here"
Chanyeol placed his trench coat over me
"HEY! What do you mean I'm not like Kai?" Says Kai
Chanyeol smirks at Kai
"You know what I mean. How much times have we ever seen your skin?"
I took Chanyeol's coat off
"It's not cold, why did you put this on me?"
Chanyeol slides it back on and places my arms around his neck
"So I can do this"
He quickly stands up and jumped
"Hold on tight"
"What! I'm not crippled okay! I can walk!"
"Sure , by the time you walk the party will be over already"
"Hey!" I smacked Chanyeol's back
Chanyeol starts to run around in circles and out the door.
Kai follows along with my crutches.
When we got to Chanyeol's car he opens the front door and places me there.
I thought I was going to sit at the back...
Kai quietly place my crutches in the car and sat at the back.
I don't know, but Kai seems weird today...he's usually not this quiet.
During the whole ride, Kai remains quiet...I occasionally glance at the rear mirror and sees him staring at me, he looked like he wasn't feeling well
*ding*
I took my phone out and saw new text messages, I haven't be able to answer them since I had surgery, but either way the hospital doesn't allow cell phone usage
From: Chen Oppa
Hey Minnie! I know you just had your surgery and it was successful. Im very happy for you, I got a gift for you just like I promised. We'll be back in a few days, so I'll give it to you then. Until then rest well!
Hmm...I wonder what it is?

Minnie...I'm really really sorry ㅠㅡㅠ. I hope you can forgive me, I really had something important to tell you that day. Maybe I'll tell you when we come back, I don't know...If I still have the courage, I'll tell you then.
Why does he think it's his fault? It's not...it's that man who pushed me that's wrong.I wonder what he wanted to tell me before.

It's me...I wanted to say thank you, for taking care of me when I was sick.
Thanks to you my fever went down. BUT what, like a idiot you got hurt yourself...how can you not be careful? Did you really think that you could walk all the way from the twelfth floor to the first floor and be okay? You should be more careful next time...there's no double takes in life.
Anyways, I meant what I said...so take care of yourself, sleep more and eat more.
Wow...he wrote like a paragraph. He tried to act like he don't care but I can tell he does
I smile at Kris's text, I can imagine him saying this while pointing his finger at me
"Who texted you?" Asks Chanyeol
'Who texted you that made you smile like that?' Chanyeol thought
"Oh it's Chen Oppa. He said their coming back in a few days"
"Really?"
Chanyeol turned and we were outside the building of the dorms , he parks the car in the parking lot.
As soon as Chanyeol parks the car, Kai quickly climbs out and opens my door.
He turned around back facing me and crouched.
"Climb on"
"It's okay..I can walk. It's your special day anyways, I can't possibly tell you to piggy bank me"
"It's fine..just do it"
I wrapped my arms and legs around him and he stands up.
Chanyeol walks to my side and stares at Kai, he glares at Kai.
"Minnie's crutches are over there, can you carry them for her?" Says Kai
'Why you little brat' thought Chanyeol
Chanyeol grabs the crutches and we headed to their dorm.
Chanyeol walks in front of us, it looks like he was stomping.
Exo-k lives on the third floor, we didn't have to take the elevator.
As Chanyeol opens the door a bunch of streamers popped up and confetti sprayed all over Chanyeol's face.
"Surprise!"
Chanyeol wiped his face, he looks pissed and pushed Sehun aside and stomped to the bathroom.
Sehun sees Kai and screams
"Congratulations "
As Kai walked in Sehun's eyes stretches
"Noona?" He says
