Hello everyone!!! ^^ Sorry for the late update >.< This chapter was supposed to go out yesterday but I wasn’t done editing ^^” Thank for to all my subscribers and commenters it really means a LOT trust me XD Anyway I hope you like it please comment and subscribe~
“Did we really have to do all that just to capture them?” Minho questioned as held Taemin bridal style, not really surprised at how light the red head was. Even though they could easily run or fly to headquarters, they didn’t want to cause anymore unnecessary attention on themselves.
Jonghyun sighed in response before picking up the unconscious feline looking boy and tossing him over his shoulder with ease. “Does is really matter? As long as-”
“Yah! Why are you holding him like that?!” The taller boy interrupted after he turned around and saw his hyung.
“What’s wrong with holding him like this? It’s not like he’ll know.”
“Even though that’s true, he still looks like he’s been man handled. 1. His disheveled hair and 2. His cloths are badly wrinkled. I know he’ll be pissed when he wakes. But whatever, at least I have something entertaining to look forward to. So let’s go before someone sees us.”
As the duo made their way out the school, they stopped in front of a black Porsche Convertible.
“I still don’t understand why you insisted bringing the Porsche if we’re supposed to be keeping a low profile.” Minho carefully set Taemin into the back seat, he couldn’t help but let his gaze linger on the boy a little longer before hopping in the passenger seat.
“Hey, just because were keeping a low profile doesn’t mean we can’t look good while doing it” Jonghyun retorted with a smirk, dropping Key’s body in the back seat next to Taemin’s. Unfortunately his landing wasn’t as nice as Taemin’s. Most of Key’s upper body was off the seat and his limbs were sprawl out in all kinds of directions.
“SERIOUSLY JONGHYUN!? I am not letting you leave him like that, it looks like were hauling dead bodies!!”
Minho raked a hand through his hair in annoyance ‘Jonghyun is just asking for trouble from this Kim Kibum guy’
With a huff, the dino sat Key up properly; putting him in a comfortable position. ‘Boy was the diva gonna have a fit when he gets up.’ Jonghyun thought as he looked at the feline boy. His cloths were even more wrinkled then before, his eyeliner was smeared and his hair was so discombobulated that it looked like it had a mind of its own. The boy tried to stifle a laugh as he jumped in the driver’s seat.
“Happy now, the kitties all fixed up”
Minho narrowed his eyes “Shut up, let’s go before they wake up”
With a shrug of his shoulders Jonghyun started the engine and pulled out the parking lot.
‘Why is Heechul and Hankyung so interested in these two mutants; they don’t seem like trouble makers’ Jonghyun couldn’t help but wondered as they neared headquarters. He came to a complete stop once they were in front of at the cliff wall.
“Hyung, you know Heechul is gonna be pissed at you because you took so long right?” Minho got out of the car and walked to the back. He lifted the unconscious red head up carefully as if the boy was made of glass. Who could blame him; Taemin was a very skinny boy for his age, his small frame made him look so fragile. Not that Key was any bigger though, but that didn’t seem to faze Jonghyun in the least.
“Yes I know” Jonghyun muttered sadly before throwing Key over his shoulder again and approached the cliff wall. Immediately he began feeling the wall for the button to open the entrance.
“Why is it always so hard to find that damn button!?” Jonghyun hissed, feeling Key’s body began to slip from his hold; he bumped Key back up on his shoulder and continued. This repeated about 4 more times. It was truly painful to watch, absolute torture and it only took the 5th time for Minho to snap.
“STOP!!”
His booming voice making Jonghyun jumped, shocking the boy with his sudden outburst. Minho calmly walked towards the wall and pressed his foot down on the ONLY rock lying on the ground. The entrance opened in response.
“….I knew that….”
“ARRRRGH! You are unbelievable!”
“WHERE ARE THEY!?”
“I’m sure they’ll be here any minute now”
“They better be or I’ll-”
“Rip our balls off and use them as paper weigh. Yeah I got the message the first time”
Heechul snapped his head in the direction the voice came from. To see none other than the duo themselves. Heechul stomped over to them followed by Hankyung. His glasses almost off his face from the result of the stomping.
“What took you so long?!!” He yelled as he let Hankyung quietly adjust his glasses back on the bridge of his nose.
“What did you need us to get these two mutants for? There not trouble makers, heck I doubt they even know there mutants yet!” Jonghyun said with a serious face, ignoring Heechul’s question all together. Even though Heechul and Hankyung were the founders of O.M.O and in charge of the whole organization, Jonghyun talked to them like they were his family because they pretty much are. Jonghyun was never liked by his parents. They said he was monster and shunned him from the family for being a mutant. The day he met Heechul and Hankyung they immediately took care of him and treated him like a son, and unlike his parents who said his powers were a curse. Heechul and Hankyung said they were a gift that should be treasure. They offered him to live with them in their home, so of course the 5 year old accepted. It’s not like his family would care if he went missing suddenly. Once he started his life there he began to train his powers, and he even made a friend along the way, Minho. At first the boy wouldn’t talk to him, only stare off into space. He never said why he was there and to this day Jonghyun still doesn’t know how Minho met Heechul and Hankyung. But in the end they became best friends and partners. Then the organization started up a couple years later, to help train mutants so they can protect and live peacefully with humans.
Heechul huffed “We will discuss the matter after they wake up, now answer my question!”
“Well, Jonghyun couldn’t find the button to the entrance” Minho sighed irritably recalling the whole ordeal. Hankyung shook his head in his belief
“How could you not find the button to the entrance? We made it as easy as possible for you!”
Heechul turned to Hankyung and pouted “Hannie, you know Jonghyun is…..slow”
The room erupted with laughter
“I’M NOT SLOW!” Jonghyun shout, only resulting in harder laughter
“I’M NOT!!” Realizing that defending himself was pointless; Jonghyun sat Key down on a chair, crossed his arms and pouted. Heechul stopped laughing immediately once he saw Key
“OH MY GOD! WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM?!”
Minho ran his hand down his face; it never occurred to him how one person could get in so much trouble in one day. “Jonghyun happened”
Heechul glared daggers at Jonghyun “What did you do to him puppy boy”
Jonghyun put his hands up innocently, even though he was the exact opposite. “I didn’t do anything, he just kinda ….got like that”
“Well make him UN-get like that!!”
Hankyung grabbed the bridge of his nose and sighed. “Jonghyun just take Kibum to one of the rooms and clean him up.”
He nearly choked on air when he heard that.
“WHAT?!WHY?! Like hell I’m-” Jonghyun stopped himself once he saw Heechul’s face; the male’s face was dangerously red and he was shaking with anger, Jonghyun’s sweat drop.
“Ooon second thought, I’ll be glad to clean him up” Without a second to spared, Jonghyun scoop up Key and may his way to one of the extra rooms.
Once Jonghyun was out of Heechul’s sight, he slowed his walking. Only then did Jonghyun realize something weird. Headquarters was usually filled with all kinds of other mutants but today absolutely no one was here. Not even the guard to greet you at the entrance.
‘Where is everyone?’
Once Jonghyun found a bedroom he placed Key’s body on the bed before walking over to the dresser to search for another shirt; somehow in the process of searching for the entrance button he ripped part of the boy’s shirt without noticing. Didn’t take long for him to come across a plain white t-shirt, it looked a little big for him but Jonghyun figured it’d work for the time being. He was about to go back and put the shirt on Key until he looked at his face
“I should probably wash his face and fix his hair too” The mutant thought aloud, he walked to the small bathroom and took one of cloths that were provided and the faucet. When the cloth was swollen with enough water he wrung it out a bit so it wouldn’t drip and walked back over to the bed Key’s body was sprawl out on. Without hesitation he straddled Key’s hips and lifted the boy’s upper body with one of his arms. Unfortunately Key’s head wouldn’t stay up; it kept landing on Jonghyun’s shoulder. A sigh escaped his lips
“This isn’t gonna work”
Slowly he put both his hands under Key’s armpits, lifted his own hips up a little and slid the feline toward the pillows lying against the head board. Once again he straddled the boy’s hips and grabbed the cloth that was now soaking the blanket, leaving a nice size dark spot in its place. Carefully Jonghyun dabbed the wet material on Key’s eyelid then moved to his cheeks. Even though Jonghyun had been treating the boy a bit rough he couldn’t bring himself to mess up such a pretty face. Now that the mutant got a chance to get a good look at the feline, he realized just beautiful the boy was. From his cat-like eyes, button nose, and high cheek bones all the way down to those gorgeous full bow lips.
A smile found its way on his lips as he combs his hand through Key’s disheveled hair. Putting the blonde and black strands back in there proper place.
“Now that that’s done, it’s time for the bigger challenge. Changing your shirt”
“Heechul, why do you let Jonghyun get you so worked up” Hankyung asked after he got Heechul to calm down after 4 minutes. Heechul sighed heavily, massaging his temples.
“I don’t know he just knows how to push my buttons, Minho how do you deal with him?”
Minho laughed drying making Taemin’s body shake a little in his arms. He hadn’t put the boy down since they stepped out of the car and he wasn’t planning on it anytime soon either. Oddly he enjoyed being close to the younger. Even though he barely knew him, he felt like he had to protect the boy.
Before Minho could reply, he felt the boy stir in his arms before his eyes opened.
“Key umma?” He muttered sleepily still not fully awake.
Taemin open his eyes expecting to see Key’s face looking down at him but instead came face to face with a complete stranger. Even though the person was very handsome he was too scared out of his mind to care. Taemin’s eyes squeezed shut as he screamed Key’s name at the top his lungs. His whole body began to turn a transparent baby blue until it burst into light blue sparkles.
He was gone
Minho was too shock to react ‘What just happened?’
Heechul stormed towards the various monitors on the wall and started typing at a rapid speed. A second later an artificial female voice sounds through the building ‘Lock down initiated’
Minho’s eyebrows furrowed “Why did you we go into lock down?!”
Before Heechul could answer Hankyung answered for him “Minho, Taemin is emotionally unstable right now. You know as well as I do that he is a threat not only to us but himself”
“Yes I know but he seemed more scared them anything! I mean wouldn’t you be too if you got kidnapped! Let me just talk to him”
Heechul slowly got out of his chair and walked over to Minho.
“……Alright, but make it quick and get Jonghyun and Kibum back here. If Taemin’s woke then Kibum is woke too.”
Minho nodded his head before running out the room.
What you think? All the action will come soon I promise, I just have to get the introduction out of the way to really develop the plot. I can’t wait to start writing the next chapter though. remember to commment and subscribe!
