Justin feels happy and relieved in a way that at least they are at a place where Selena does not talk to him when hatred in her voice. She is finally nuetral. She is not throwing mean insults at him about beng fat or having to live with in laws. She is neutral and the only way that is possible is because she has a new guy that she is crazy about.
