The past three days have been pure torment. Rosé leaned back against her chair, thinking about what Suzy was doing right now. Probably spending time with Ji Eun. For two weeks, she had to be the nice girlfriend who smiled and pretended to be okay with it all because she had to since Suzy was right and there was no reason to justify her jealousy, other than the nagging feeling in her chest that kept telling her that Ji Eun was trouble.

She hated that she was unreasonable, that she sounded jealous and controlling to Suzy at the moment. All she could do was cry.

'' Chaeyoung, are you okay ? '' Lisa said as she approached her friend.

Rosé lifted her face from her hands and saw her friend holding out a box of tissue toward her.

'' Thank you.'' Rosé took the box from her hand and pulled out a few tissues as she wiped her tears.

'' What's going on ? '' Lisa asked.

'' I failed at being a good girlfriend.''

''What happened ? tell me.''

'' Ji Eun happened. She literally ignored Suzy when she found out we were in relationship. And Suzy being the good friend she felt guilty because she's aware of Ji Eun's feelings towards her. Three days ago, i went on a date with Suzy and she seemed in high spirits. Apparently she fixed things with Ji Eun. She admitted that they kissed a year ago before she came back to Seoul, it happened in the heat of the moment and Suzy felt as if she lead her on.. I confess i was insanely jealous and a little irrational in my accusations, but i'm sure that Ji Eun wants to be more than Suzy's friend, even now.''

'' And Suzy ? '' Lisa asked back, creasing her forehead '' Did she do something inappropriate while you started dating ? Was she looking at Ji Eun is some strange way ? We are her friends but five years can change a person. The Suzy before and after the accident are two different persons to me.''

'' No, no.. Suzy didn't do anything. Ji Eun is her childhood friend. She was there for her at the most difficult time of her life. And i think that's the point. Suzy doesn't see anything, to her Ji Eun is that amazing friend.'' She sighed '' And i trust her, i know she wouldn't do something like this. She wouldn't cheat on me, but i don't trust Ji Eun's intentions one bit. If she kissed her once then what's stopping her from kissing her again ? ''

Lisa shrugged '' Before Suzy confessed to you, i thought there was something going on between them. But you have to trust Suzy, and that we couldn't just cut people from our lives because we are jealous. If Suzy tells you they are just friends and she is in love with you, you'll have trust her.''

'' Well, she has never told me she's in love with me. She just said she has feelings for me.'' Rosé's lower lip quivered '' What if her feelings for me aren't as strong as my feelings for her ? I already told her that i loved her.''

Lisa rolled her eyes '' Potato, potahto'' She paused '' I've never seen a person more in love with you, and i've never seen a couple that works as well as you two do. You've been pretending to be friends for years and being afraid to confess your feelings in fear of losing each other. It's normal to have a few bumps. You'll grow even stronger after that. Don't lose a person you love because of jealousy. Have faith in Suzy. ''

Rosé took a deep breath '' I may have asked her to go back to being friends. She was furious. I messed up, didn't i ? ''

'' You are an idiot, Chaeyoung! You better fix the mess you created.'' 

Rosé climbed the stairs, Lisa's advice playing in her mind with each step, and by the time she reached Suzy's bedroom, she felt a little more confident. Suzy was laying on her back. Her eyes closed and she was grimacing slightly. but her breathing told her that she was not sleeping.

'' Hey.'' Rosé said, standing in the doorway.

Suzy startled at the sound of her voice.

'' Hi, what are you doing here ? '' She answered, her eyes darted away from Rosé.
