pepijy: yeah he can be a little harsh and intimidating but a lot of people are at first and being a leader can be v stressful and leads to short tempers and harsh criticisms even if the person doesn’t really mean it

pepijy: so i can understand when he sometimes seems a bit rude

pepijy: apart from that he actually handles the group really well, much better than i thought he would

pepijy: i thought he would be just a dumb jock who had no sense of leadership or responsibility but he’s much more than that. he’s more reliable and practical than i ever thought he would be so seeing him do such a good job w/ the team is surprising

pepijy: he might even be a better leader than me. he can point out things and make suggestions when i can’t. i feel like the group this year is improving more rapidly with his help compared to last year when it was just me in charge

pepijy: so that just proves his skills

pepijy: he’s clearly a capable leader and valuable to the team. i may insult him and mock him but he’s very much a boost to the group both as a singer and as a leader
