I’m sorry for confusion. It was actually Bona’s office, not Eunseo’s father. Eunseo was just that friendly to the front desk girl! :D But, yes, Bona’s rich because her family lived in LA (Chapter 1). “She’s engaged?!”

“Yep, last week.” The girl said.

“Eunseo, let’s go.”

Eunseo heard her name was called. Bona was holding on to a briefcase and a few files. “You. Back to work.” Bona said seriously to her employee.

“Yes, Ms. Bona.” The girl bowed.

“Talk nicelyyy!!” Eunseo snapped at Bona. The front desk girl was somehow shocked. No one ever spoke to her boss like that. Everyone was pretty much scared with Bona.

Bona just gave Eunseo a glare instead.

“Hmm.. do you need any help?” Eunseo asked looking at Bona.

“Yeah.” She handed Eunseo the heaviest files.

“Oh my Goddd..” Eunseo whined as she carried all the files on her hand. Bona was left with her light briefcase. “What the hell! Bonaaa!!” Eunseo exclaimed. “I was just being polite!!” She carried all the files anyway.

Bona…

Bona was smiling all the way. She didn’t really know why, but she loved teasing the younger girl.

They were soon back in the car. Eunseo was massaging her shoulders because of the heavy lifts earlier. She also kept on yawning since she didn’t sleep at all last night.

Bona noticed that Eunseo was slowly falling asleep beside her.

“Hmm..” She stole some glances on the sleeping girl.

Bona smiled.

But then she heard the sleeping girl started to snore.

“And she snores..” Bona kept on smiling. “How cute.”

Few moments later, Bona had parked her car near the glasses shop. Eunseo was still sleeping at the passenger’s seat.

“Hmm..” She stopped the engine. “Hey..” Bona patted Eunseo’s shoulder awkwardly, but the girl was still dead sleeping. “Eunseo..” She then rubbed Eunseo’s lap with her hand.

Eunseo was still sleeping.

“Yah!! WAKE UP!!!” Bona screamed. Her loud voice shocked Eunseo.

“MY GOD!!” Eunseo snapped as she rubbed her eyes. “You should really learn how to talk nicely..” She mumbled with her half-opened eyes.

“I thought you were dead.”

“I didn’t sleep last night..” Eunseo explained as she sat straightly on the seat.

Bona then opened the door and walked outside. Eunseo did the same too. They were both inside the glasses shop.

“What’s the price range?” Eunseo asked Bona. She was looking at the glasses.

“Hmm just pick anything.” Bona mumbled, eyes were on her phone. She was checking her mail.

Eunseo ended up picking the cheapest glasses since she didn’t want to burden her. “Can I have it done by tomorrow?” She asked the guy who worked there.

“Sure.”

“I’ll come by after class.” She said.

“Are you done?” Bona asked coldly.

“Yes. I’m done.”

*RING *RING *RING

Bona then paid the glasses. “Make sure you get it done by tomorrow.” She looked at the guy with a serious face.

“Y-yes Miss.” The guy stuttered, somehow feeling scared.

After she’s done paying, she went out of the shop. Eunseo went out earlier since her phone rang.

“WHATT HAPPENED?!” Bona heard Eunseo’s freaking out over the line.

“Just come back now!” Dawon said.

“I’m coming! I’m coming!” Eunseo ended the call.

“What now?” Bona asked.

“Hmm there’s something happened at my place. I need to go back now.” Eunseo explained. She then bowed to Bona. “Thank you so so much.” She said.

“Why are you bowing??” Bona asked weirdly.

“Huh? For paying my glasses of course.”

“It was nothing..” Bona said as she went back to her car.

“I’ll see you around.” Eunseo waved and quickly made her way to the bus stop.

“What the..” Bona saw Eunseo quickly walked away from her. She quickly ran to Eunseo and grabbed her wrist. “Where do you think you’re going??”

“I’m going back to my apartment remember?” Eunseo turned her head to Bona.

“And why aren’t you back in the car?” Bona asked again.

“Oh you want me back in your car?” Eunseo asked back. “I thought..”

“Get back in the car.” Bona crossed her arms. I can’t let you take the buss!!!

Both of them were back in the car and Eunseo was giving Bona directions to her apartment. “Then you turn left after this junction.” Eunseo said. But then she saw Bona signaled on her right.

“BONA! LEFT! LEFT!” Eunseo snapped.

“DON’T SHOUT!!!” Bona snapped back.

“Don’t you know which is right, which is left??” Eunseo asked sarcastically.

“YAH! Of course I know! I signaled wrongly!!!”

“Okay. We really have to stop shouting!!”
