"We did say you guys can tell us whatever you want..." Chanyeol sighed looking up at the huge bunny mannequin at the entrance of the Amusement park.

"You guys really want to spend your date here? At an amusement park??" Baekhyun asked pinching the bridge of his nose.

It's been two weeks since the managers found out about their Idol's Secret...

And now the two have been really open with their relationship in front of the two.

I can't believe I didn't even notice it....

Baekhyun thought as he glanced at the manager beside him.

Well...I have no right to say anything,  My own love life is a complete mess....

"We wanted to spend time like how normal couples do too!" Jongin pouted, as he held Kyungsoo's hand.

"And see just like destiny, we even won 4 entrance tickets from the show we both participated in ~," Jongin said wiggling his eyebrows as he waved the tickets.

"Don't worry, no one will suspect a thing with you guys around," Kyungsoo added nonchalantly. "Plus, you can think of it as a small break."

Chanyeol and Baekhyun exchanged skeptical glances. Both knew better than anyone how obsessed fans could be, and the last thing they wanted was a horde of screaming fangirls or paparazzi following them around. 

But, seeing how excited Jongin and Kyungsoo were, the managers reluctantly agreed.

"Still you two need to be really careful. Make sure you guys control your PDA..." Chanyeol said folding his arms. Baekhyun nodded agreeing.

It's been two weeks...since they met at the movies too...

Chanyeol once again started to speak normally with Baekhyun, just like before that night...With his sudden change...Baekhyun really couldn't understand him at all...And with that he couldn't get the right time to tell him about his real feelings too...

"Alright then! Shall we go inside then?" Kyungsoo asked, snapping Baekhyun out of his thoughts.

"Ah Yeah...let's go in." Baekhyun said quickly, shooting a smile.

Kyungsoo appeared calm as usual, but there was a hint of excitement in his eyes. Jongin, on the other hand, was bouncing up and down like a hyperactive puppy.

Both of them walked ahead as Chanyeol and Baekhyun walked behind them.

As They entered, Kyungsoo and Jongin jumped up like little kids. "Wow, there's so much rides here!" Jongin squealed excited looking at the pamphlet in his hands.

"Wow there are even fireworks by the lake at 6:30." Chanyeol said reading through the pamphlet.

"Alright then! We'll split here. Let's meet each other by the lake at 6, " Kyungsoo said quickly as he pulled Jongin away with him.

"Ah alright..." Baekhyun nodded smiling.

Wait, I'll be alone with Chanyeol now?

Realizing, Baekhyun yelled. "Wait, Kyungsoo! Jongin!" but it was too late. 

And...they're gone...

Just...me and Chanyeol...alone?

"I guess it's just us..." Chanyeol said shrugging as he stuffed his hands into his pockets.

"Ah...Yeah" Baekhyun said smiling awkwardly.

Both walked ahead in silence. Since Chanyeol had abnormally long legs Baekhyun expected him to stride off first...but.. Chanyeol matched his steps, and walked beside him. . .

Baekhyun could feel his heart suddenly beating fast. He stole a quick glance at Chanyeol beside him.

God!! Why is he so freaking handsome today??

He was simply wearing a Blue jeans and a white T-shirt, with a green bomber jacket, but was still on par with a model. 

He had his hair styled messy but still looked good. There were few brunette streaks that seamlessly blend into his dark curls.

Did he colour his hair?

"What are you staring at?" Chanyeol's voice broke Baekhyun out of his trance.

! How long did I stare at his face?!

"Ahh...I was just...um- Ahem. Did you colour your hair?" Baekhyun quickly asked looking away.

Chanyeol looked a little surprised, but quickly smiled and nodded. "Yeah...Kyungsoo wanted me to try something too. So I just went with some streaks. I didn't think anyone would notice." Chanyeol said as he ran his fingers through his hair. "Does it look good?"

Does it look good??

I am having a full on gay panic here!!

"Ahem Yea-Yeah...It suits you." 

Suddenly, Baekhyun remembered Chanyeol with his red hair, looking like a giant walking tomato. He couldn't help but snicker at the memory.

Chanyeol looked at him confused, "What's so funny?"

"Ah...I just Remember when you dyed your hair red? You looked like a walking warning sign."

Chanyeol's face turned bright red, "Hey, I thought I looked pretty cool!"

Baekhyun couldn't stop myself from teasing him, "Cool? I could've fried an egg on your head."

Chanyeol rolled his eyes, "Okay, okay, I get it. But at least I didn't dye my hair silver like you did."

Baekhyun retorted back. "Hey, silver is the color of wisdom and sophistication. You wouldn't understand." Baekhyun said rolling his eyes playfully.

Was is it when we lost a bet with Jongdae?

Chanyeol burst out laughing, "Yeah, right. More like the color of grandmas and old folks homes."

"Yah!" Baekhyun yelled a little annoyed but quickly they both laughed it off. 

I wish this could last forever...

"We should check out the rides and games. Since we're here, might as well make the most of it..." Chanyeol said smiling as he waved the brochure.

As they made their way through the amusement park, they passed by a variety of rides and attractions. The Managers first decided to go on a bumper rides, in which Chanyeol literally only targeted Baekhyun.

"Yah! Why are you only hitting me??" Baekhyun yelled a little annoyed as they exited the ride. Chanyeol simply laughed and shrugged his shoulder.

This Yoda is still mad or what??

"I thought you were a pretty good driver..." Chanyeol asked smirking. Baekhyun sent out a quick glare. "It's because you kept bumping on me!" He hissed at the giant. Chanyeol simply laughed at the latter's expression. 

 "Alright then, let's try that rollercoaster next." Chanyeol said pointing ahead. 

 Oh ...Is that a normal rollercoaster?? Why is it so high?? 

 Baekhyun gulped a little anxiously..."Boya...Are you scared of heights Baekhyun?" Chanyeol asked smirking as he leaned down towards him. 

 "What? Scared of heights? Pftt! Who do you think I am?" Baekhyun retorted as he pushed Chanyeol away from him.

"Really? Alright then, Let's go." Chanyeol said excited as he held Baekhyun's hands and pulled him towards the line.

"Ani- Wait!" Before Baekhyun could say anything Chanyeol dragged him into the crowd. As they stood in the line, Baekhyun could feel his heart pounding in his chest.

As they reached the front of the line, Chanyeol turned to Baekhyun with a sly grin. "Hey Baekhyun, if you're scared, you can hold onto me." Baekhyun's heart quickly sped up. Now he wasn't sure if it was because of the ride or the way Chanyeol was teasing him.

Baekhyun quickly scoffed. "Ye-Yeah right, like I'd ever do that."  Looking away, Baekhyun fanned himself.

Both climbed on the ride, and strapped themselves. Baekhyun  looked at Chanyeol who was grinning excitedly.  He gripped onto the straps tight, feeling a little nervous.

As they started moving slowly upwards, Baekhyun could see how high they were going,  the ground shrinking and everyone were starting to look like ants.

Just as they reached the top, the rollercoaster paused for a brief moment, allowing them to take in the breathtaking view. The wind whipped through Baekhyun's hair, and he could feel a mixture of fear and nervousness coursing through his veins.

"Ready, Baekhyun?" Chanyeol asked, his voice filled with anticipation. 

"No..." Baekhyun muttered widening his eyes. Just then, without warning, the rollercoaster plunged down, hurtling through twists, turns, and loops. The adrenaline surged through Baekhyun's  body as the wind roared in his ears. He couldn't help but let out a scream of fear and excitement all mixed up.

Chanyeol was laughing looking at his reactions. He quickly held Baekhyun's hand and raised it up. "Just feel the wind Baekhyun!! That's more fun!!" Chanyeol screamed enjoying the ride. Baekhyun felt more relaxed and looked ahead. As the wind hit his face, he could feel the rush of adrenaline in him, but this time he was a little better. 

As the rollercoaster came to a halt, Baekhyun's heart was still pounding from the thrill. Both the managers got off the ride and headed down. Baekhyun was still a little dizzy from the ride, making him sway a little.

Chanyeol suddenly chuckled looking away. "What? Why are you laughing?" Baekhyun asked  raising a eyebrow, a little annoyed. Chanyeol quickly cleared his throat. "Well...Someone said they were not scared of heights...but I guess reality proved them wrong," Chanyeol shrugged as he slid his hands into his pockets. His lips forming a small smirk.

Baekhyun quickly looked away, desperately trying to hide his embarrassment, his cheeks flushing red.  "O-Oh really? I wonder who that is..."  Baekhyun retorted feigning innocence.

Ughh...This is so embarrassing!!

"Still...It seemed like, you had fun..." Chanyeol said bending down a little. "Of course I had fun."  Baekhyun said huffing. Chanyeol couldn't help stare at Baekhyun. Though he looked mad, Chanyeol could only think one thing. 

Cute...

"Let-Let's just move onto the next game!" Baekhyun said quickly trying change the topic. "Alright~" Chanyeol shrugged smirking, as he stuffed his hands into his jacket.

Baekhyun huffed watching the taller walk ahead. Baekhyun quickly caught up to to him, walking beside him.

They went on a few more rides, and decided to get something to eat.

"The churros and donuts here are really good. We definitely should get them." Baekhyun said as they stood in front of a food stall.

"You seem to know a lot... You've been here often?" Chanyeol asked frowning a little. A hint of jealousy flashing in his eyes

Did he come here before? With whom?

"Ah...I came last year with Wendy, Baekbeom and his girlfriend." Baekhyun said looking through the menu on the board.

"Ahh Okay Okay..." Chanyeol quickly laughed smiling wide. "Then we should get them both!" Chanyeol said clapping his hands.

Baekhyun looked at him a little confused.

Is he okay?

"Then I'll get us something to drink." Chanyeol said as he headed to the next stall. 

"Alright..? I'll go ahead and get them then..." Baekhyun said nodding. As he got the snacks, Baekhyun went to find a seat for themselves. Soon Chanyeol came back with two drinks.

"Here." Chanyeol handed the blue berry slushy drink as he sat down. Baekhyun pushed Chanyeol's snacks towards him. 

Both started eating their food. Eating after all the rides, they finally could feel their hunger. "Whoa...These are actually good." Chanyeol said gobbling up the food, getting the sugar powder on his face. 

"Of course it's good, I know well when something is tasty." Baekhyun said a little proud. "And eat properly, You getting the sugar all over you face." Baekhyun said rolling his eyes, as he handed a tissue paper. "Ah did I?" Chanyeol tried to wipe it off his face, but kept on missing the point. 

"Here...Above your lips." Baekhyun said pointing at his own face to show the place. "Here?" Chanyeol once again missed it.

"Oh god seriously..." Out of habit, Baekhyun quickly grabbed the tissues and wiped it off the Manager's face. Baekhyun used to do it often with Jongin as he is a hopeless messy eater. Chanyeol quickly froze at the sudden closeness. 

Baekhyun too, realizing the closeness, quickly pulled away his hand and cleared his throat, a faint blush dusting his cheeks.  "Ah... Sorry. It's just a habit of mine." 

Chanyeol quickly tried to clear his voice, his heart pounding in his chest. "No, it's... it's okay. I- Ahem- didn't mind." Both of them quickly looked away, taking a sip of their drinks.

"We should quickly finish eating, there's still a lot to do," Baekhyun said glancing at his watch, attempting to break the tension.

Chanyeol nodded, a small smile tugging at his lips. "Yeah, let's do that." Both the managers finished eating quickly and headed to other places.

Walking ahead, Baekhyun noticed an arcade area, filled with flashing lights and the sound of games being played.

"Yah...Let's go there." Baekhyun said his eyes sparkling. He was suddenly, reminded of his childhood, when he used to play with Jongdae and Chanyeol. Well, most of them was just Baekhyun and Chanyeol having a showdown. 

"Ohhh...It sure brings some memories." Chanyeol said chuckling looking at the Arcade. "So...Are ready to get your kicked?" Chanyeol asked smirking as he cracked knuckles. Baekhyun scoffed unbelievable. 

"Me?" Baekhyun quickly turned serious. "Bring it on." 

Both continued to play all the games they could see, having a match between the two.

Since they both loved these games since they were young, both were neck on neck with their scores. Baekhyun and Chanyeol were popularly known as the Game Stall crushers when they were teenagers. Since they both were competitive they always tried different ways, and were unbeatable in many games.

"7-7. I guess we need a tie breaker now..."  Chanyeol said smirking as he panted after winning the Dance Beat game.

Baekhyun too panted, but was still fill with competitiveness. "Of course..." Baekhyun smirked as he ran his fingers through his hair.

"Then..." Chanyeol looked around to find a game. Spotting a balloon Shooting game, Chanyeol pointed towards it. "Let's try that." 

"Alright..." Baekhyun nodded as they headed towards it. "Welcome! Would like to try the game?" The shop keeper  asked as he noticed the two. "Yeah, We both would like to try." Baekhyun said as he cracked his knuckles.

"Alright! Then if you pop 10 balloons within 10 bullets you can choose your price from the top shelf. If you take more bullets the prizes will differ with score. " The shop keeper said pointing to the top shelf. "Oh, When did you get up there?" Chanyeol asked pointing up. 

"What?" Confused Baekhyun looked up to see a huge Jokey Smurf. Baekhyun shot a quick glare annoyed, he quickly looked around and noticed a huge baby Yoda too. "Look you are there too~" Baekhyun smirked pointing at the Baby Yoda. 

Now Chanyeol rolled his eyes, but still a small smile tugged his lips. "Since you seem to like Yoda's a lot...I shall win you that plushie~" Chanyeol said in a dramatic voice. "Alright, then I shall win you this..." Baekhyun said as he took one of the gun.

"S-So...How many bullets would you two like." The shopkeeper asked a little intimidated by the two.

"10." Both the manager said together. The shop keeper quickly handed them the bullets.

To the shop keepers' surprise both the managers won just within the 10 bullets, popping the balloons.

"Wh-Whoa..haha..that's really awesome sir..." The shop keeper laughed awkwardly, surprised to see them win.

"Which prize would you like?"

"I'll get the Jokey smurf." Baekhyun said a little proud

"Then I'll get the Baby Yoda." Chanyeol said smirking. Baekhyun rolled his eyes chuckling.

Looking around Baekhyun noticed a Bear. Just like Kai's fans mentioning, Baekhyun was quickly reminded of the idol.

"We should get one for the boys too..." Baekhyun said pointing at the bear.

"Hmm...I guess we can. I have a feeling Jongin might like that Penguin plushie more." Chanyeol said chuckling a little.

Baekhyun soon noticed the the plushies and was quickly reminded of the O.O eyes Idol. Baekhyun laughed seeing the resemblance.

"Then we can get the bear for Soo..." Baekhyun said getting his composure.

"You- You two would like to play again?"

"Yes!"

"Oh..."

.

"Here...Here are you prizes..." The shop keeper handed them their prizes, his smile not reaching his eyes. Baekhyun and Chanyeol felt guilty for winning so many prizes.

Getting the prizes Both left to get to the boating Zone. The Managers noticed their Idols taking some selfies in front of the lake. Just as the Idols noticed their managers, they frowned confused. 

"Did you guys steal a stall or something?" Jongin asked surprised looking at the huge plushies on the managers hand.  

Baekhyun rolled his eyes annoyed. "We won them Gucci Bear..." Chanyeol chuckled seeing Baekhyun's annoyed expression. "Here, We won some for you guys too." Chanyeol handed the Penguin Plushie to Jongin and Baekhyun handed the Bear plushie to Kyungsoo.

"Huh...I thought you said I looked like a penguin?" Kyungsoo asked confused seeing the bear on his hands. 

"Exactly..." Both the managers said together with a knowing smile. 

"Huh?" Jongin looked at the plushies confused. Realizing quickly Kyungsoo's Cheeks flushed bright red. 

"O-Oh.."Jongin too realized soon and looked away clearing his throat. Chanyeol and Baekhyun laughed at the flustered expressions.  

"A-Anyway...We gotta get to the boats soon, They are gonna start the fireworks in 30 minutes." Kyungsoo said quickly glancing at his watch. All four headed towards the ticket counter. 

"I'll go get the tickets." Baekhyun said pulling out his wallet. "Oh! We already got them." Jongin said pulling two tickets. "Just Two?" Chanyeol asked confused.

"Well there were only couple's row boats left, so we got us two." Jongin said shrugging his shoulder. "Here one for you guys and one for us." Kyungsoo said grinning as he took one from Jongin and gave it to Chanyeol.

Both the managers looked at them in shock. 

Wait Wait! Couple boat?? Just me and Chanyeol??

"Wait- We-!" Before Chanyeol could speak Jongin cut him off.

"Have fun guys~!! We'll meet you guys at the entrance.

Chanyeol turned to Baekhyun who was still in shock. "So...Let's get going?" Chanyeol asked a little awkward. "Huh..? Ah...Yeah...Let's just.." Baekhyun looked at his arms. "Keep these somewhere safe..." Baekhyun replied smiling awkwardly.

"Here is your boat Sirs. Would you like to row it by yourself?" The attendant at the  boating area asked the managers.

"Yeah we can do it."  Baekhyun said, his voice holding a mix of determination and uncertainty. Chanyeol chuckled looking at his mixed emotions. "We'll try it on our own." Chanyeol confirmed as he nodded in agreement. 

The attendant handed them life vests, explaining how to properly secure them and offering a few quick tips on rowing.  

It was almost 6:15 and the sun was also about to set.

"Then...I guess you two are ready." The attendant replied with a polite smile. As he handed them the life vests, he glanced at Chanyeol's taller and more robust frame before turning to Baekhyun and saying, "And sir, since your friend has a bit of a... well, a larger build, you might find it easier to sit at the back for better balance."

Chanyeol bit back a laugh at the attendant's attempt to be delicate about his size, and he shot Baekhyun an amused grin. Baekhyun, on the other hand, tried to maintain a composed expression, but his cheeks took on a faint shade of pink as he clenched his jaw, clearly not thrilled about the implication.

As they settled in, Baekhyun sat at the back as the attendant suggested. He was a little annoyed that due to his height he had to sit at the back. Chanyeol sat facing Baekhyun, holding the oars. 

Chanyeol tried not to laugh at Baekhyun's pouting expression. Though Baekhyun was a little mad, Chanyeol can't help but adore his expression.

Gosh why is he cute even now? 

"So...Shall we start Captain?" Chanyeol asked smirking. Rolling his eyes, Baekhyun scoffed. "By all means, First mate. Lead the way." Baekhyun's voice dripped with sarcasm as he replied.

Chanyeol chuckled, finding Baekhyun's irritation somewhat endearing. "Aye, aye, Captain!"

A small smile tugged Baekhyun's lips. Looking at Chanyeol row with ease Baekhyun was a little shocked. Each time Chanyeol rowed the Oar, Baekhyun could see Chanyeol's arms flex.

"The attendant said this area would be a good spot to see the Fireworks." Chanyeol said as he pulled the oars a little in making a stop.

"H-Huh? Ah...oh R-Right..." Baekhyun quickly looked away looking at the sky. The sky started turning a little dark but still there were few streaks of orange and pink.

"The sky...looks pretty...." Baekhyun said smiling. He quickly pulled out his phone to take a picture. Chanyeol looked at the manager who was immersed in the sky. Chanyeol couldn't tear his eyes off him, Making his heart race once again.

"Yeah...pretty..." Chanyeol smiled as he imprinted the image in front of him in his head. "Really Pretty..." 

"Maybe we should have some breaks like this too." Baekhyun said letting out a deep breath. His lips tugged a small smile as looked at the picture.

"Yeah...Today...was really fun." Chanyeol
said giving a soft smile. Baekhyun looked up, instantly getting captured by those sparkling eyes.

Baekhyun's grip loosened making him drop his phone. Snapping out Baekhyun quickly bent down.

"Ah, let me get it for you-"

Both the managers leaned down towards the phone at the same time, closing the gap between them. Before they could realize they were just mere centimeters apart. 

Chanyeol couldn't see anything else other Baekhyun. He felt like the world just revolved around the two of them.

Baekhyun didn't like the distance between them. Even though they were so near, the distance between them felt too far for the both.

Baekhyun leaned in slowly, his body acting on its own. "Baekhyun-"

A sudden blast of Baekhyun's phone ringing made Baekhyun realize the closeness. Flustered Baekhyun quickly pushed Chanyeol away, moving backwards.

"Whoa- wait- AHH-!"

Chanyeol lost his balance and fell off the boat into the lake.

"CHANYEOL" Baekhyun yelled panicking seeing his crush underwater.

Long time no see...Ha...ha..

Yeah I have no words for the long absence😅. A lot of changes happened, making me a little too busy.

Again, I really can't promise when the next update is gonna be, but I'll definitely update soon.

Idk if anyone is even still reading this crap, but this was one of my only go to from my reality, but I haven't really made some time for myself in a while. So I really want to start again and read all of your comments too.
