Mei's POV

I hear faint voices…speaking in…Korean? Oh right, Min Young and I are in Korea...what happened after

that?

I open my eyes to see the blue sky. It’s spinning, but slowly stops. I look around and see familiar faces…

OMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!!!AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

What’s going on?!?! Why is EXO here?

“Mei you’re awake!” Min Young exclaims.

“Yeah, I’m AWAKE!!! Why the heck is…is…EXO here?!?!?! I must be losing my mind” I scream and start

rubbing my eyes hoping that it’s just an illusion.

“Geunyeoneun gwaenchanhseubnida?” I hear one of the Exo member say to Min Young. It was… KAI?!?!?!WTF!??!?!

“Mei what’s wrong? Don’t tell me you lost your memory again.” Min Young pleads trying to hold herself

together.

“What do you mean, again?” I ask confused.

Min Young proceeds to explain the ‘falling down the staircase’ incident.

“So you’re saying there was a time I forgot about my Kpop/Kdrama obsession?” I half say half laugh.

“You’ve got to be kidding me Min Young”

“Mei! Listen to me! I’m not playing around.” Min Young looks into my eyes seriously.

I stop laughing.

“You mean, you don’t remember anything about our time in South Korea?!?!?!” Min Young questions

insistently. “So the past few weeks are blank for you?”

I slowly nod, trying really hard to remember, but nothing comes. It’s just a black hole.

Min Young proceed to tell me what I can’t remember.

“…so now you and Lu Han of Exo-M are ‘friends’ or shall we say more than friends.” Min Young finishes.

“Ok, now I really know you’re lying. Ha! Stop trying to take advantage of my memory loss by playing tricks

on me” I look at Min Young angrily. “Just tell me the truth, seriously there’s no time for your silly games!”

“MEI!!! I’m not stupid enough to lie to you in a time like this!” Min Young shouts so loud that it surprises

me. “The fact that the Exo-K members are surrounding you right now is proof enough that I’m not lying!!”

I look around at and duck my head, a little embarrassed. Maybe Min Young isn’t lying after all.

“Lu Han’s currently in China for Exo-M promotions, but when he gets back just look into his eyes…the way

he looks at you…the way he smiles every time you act a little dorky….and you’ll know I’m not lying.” Min

Young looks at me intently.

I slowly nod, trying to take it all in. I then take a deep breath. “Ok, I’ll go along with what you’re telling me

now, but I need to see it to believe it.” I finally say. Me and Lu Han? Is that even possible?

Min Young’s POV
 

Oh. My. God. Do you even know how freakin frustrating it is to deal with someone who loses their memory

on you, not once but TWICE!!!!!UUGGGH!!!I’m about ready to stab someone with a knife now….Ok, Min

Young pull it together.

“She lost her memory again?” Se Hun asked a little worried.

“Neh, it’s like there’s a switch in her brain or something.” I joke trying to light up the mood.

“I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to throw a ball towards the bleachers so hard. I was just frustrated that I

missed an easy shot.” Kai says apologetically.

“That’s ok Kai, it was just an accident.” I say while patting Kai’s shoulder.

“Maybe we should hit her head again and she’ll remember.” D.O. jokes yet again.

I turn to look at him angrily.

“Ok, ok, I was just joking. Calm down.” D.O. raises his arms and backs off quickly.

“Is she well enough to go out and eat? Sorry I’m butting in, but I’m really starving” Baekhyun says, blushing

a little.

“Yeah, I think she’s fine other than that head of hers. Let’s just eat. There nothing else we can do

anyways.” I answer smiling to Baekhyun.

We take the van over to Exo’s dorm. Su Ho and Chanyeol start preparing a meal in the kitchen while the

rest of us take Mei in the living room. She seems very shocked, probably because she’s once again her old

‘drool over Exo’ self. During dinner, Mei is really quite. I know she’s shy and I guess it’s hard for her to

take all of it in: Exo and Lu Han. The members all seem fine and are starting to joke around again.

“You didn’t reveal the plan to her… did you?” Su Ho suddenly asks surprising me a little.

“Aniyo, of course not! I tried really hard to keep it a secret for so long.” I reply.

“I don’t think that’s the issue here. We should be more worried about when Lu Han hyung gets back.” Kai

says.

“Why?” Baekhyun asks. 

“Babo, because he expects Mei to know they’re together.” Su Ho answers for Kai.

“Yeah, hyung will be devastated if she doesn’t remember their time together. He worked really hard to get

close to her.” Se Hun adds.

I think about what Se Hun just said and can’t help feeling so sorry for Lu Han. He’ll be so sad if Mei

doesn’t remember, but I’m still confident that she’ll remember when she sees him.

“So when is Exo-M coming back anyways?” I ask suddenly remembering I wasn’t sure.

“Oh, I think they’re coming back on Friday.” Baekhyun says casually while taking a bite of food.

“YA!! That’s tomorrow!” Kai shouts in joy. Baekhyun looks around not really understanding why it’s such a

big deal.

I run over to the calendar and sure enough, Kai’s right.

“That’s great!” I announce. “We just have to make sure Mei sees him without knowing beforehand or she’ll

refuse believe her eyes. It needs to be a surprise.”

The members all stare at me not quite understanding what I mean, but I just give them a reassuring look.

I definitely know how Mei’s brain works, and this is the only way…
