Third POV

On the other side of the cafeteria, Irene found herself in the company of Joy, Yeri, and Seung Ho. Irene and Seung Ho had been casually dating for some time now, but Irene was hesitant to commit, still wary after her past experiences with Seulgi. She had learned to keep her guard up, protecting herself from potential heartache.

As Irene's gaze wandered, it landed on Seulgi, who was laughing with her friends at the opposite side of the cafeteria. Memories of Seulgi's campaign speech flooded Irene's mind.

"Because the primary reason that I run is to impress this perfect girl--- I want her to know that even a gago like me can change."

"But you know, as I stand here in front of you, I know somewhere she's looking at me smiling-- somehow proud na yung dating tinututor niya ngayon ay nasa harap na ng buong student body para mag bigay ng campaign speech."

A bittersweet smile tugged at Irene's lips as she recalled Seulgi's words. Despite their complicated history, Irene couldn't help but feel a sense of pride for Seulgi's growth and accomplishments.

‘Indeed, I’m proud of you, Austie…’ Irene whispered to herself, her heart filled with a mix of emotions as she watched Seulgi from afar.

Irene also noticed that there is something different kay Seulgi ngayon… She noticed Seulgi’s wearing a designer clothes and shoes tapos yung face niya parang nag glow… she looked prettier… so different from the jologs Austie that I know.

‘Nagbago na talaga siya… She seems really happy now…’ A thought crossed Irene’s mind. Still let out a bittersweet sigh…

“Huy teh, okay ka lang ba? Sino tinitignan mo?!” Tanong ni Yeri.

Sinundan naman nila lahat ng tingin yung direction ng mata ni Irene.

Joy and Yeri → o.O

Seung Ho → ^-^ (walang idea na si Austie yung dahilan kung bakit broken hearted si Irene nung nagkakilala sila)

“Si Austie ba ‘yon!?” Shock na tanong ni Yeri.

“Parang may nag bago sa kaniya! Yung hoodie niya givenchy yung sneakers niya gucci! At kahit nasa malayo ako, alam ko na orig yun! Natuklasan ba niya na anak mayaman talaga siya!? Nagpapanggap lang ba siyang jologs all this time?!” Sabi ni Joy.

“Infairness, kahit nung jologs pa si Austie maganda na talaga siya at malakas ang appeal niya… pero ngayon, grabe nag mukha siyang kpop idol! Ganda ni FEUCSO PRO!” Natatawang sabi ni Yeri.

Napainom naman ng water si Irene…

She agrees with Yeri parang mas lalong lumakas appeal ni Seulgi. Pansin din siya yung tingin ng mga dumadaan sa tabi ni Seulgi…

Napahigpit tuloy yung hawak ni Irene sa water cup na hawak niya.

‘Why do I still feel this way about you, Austie..’ she mentally sighs at the thought.
