Seulgi's POV

It's my turn. I feel like the world stopped and everyone's attention is on me.

Grabe, I can feel my heart  beating fasy at yung mga kamay ko nanlalamig as I pressed the microphone harder.

"ehem ehem." Sabi ko kahit wala naman akong ubo.

I hear chearing sa Quadrangle--- I can even hear my friends and classmates cheering my name kaya kahit papaano nababawasana ang kaba ko.

"I'm Seulgi Austria. In coming third year from bachelor's of art in mass communication. " I said trying to sound confident as possible.

"Some of you may know me as a vocalist from IAS Sessionistas. Some may know me as the corny and most of the time jologs classmate sa major or minor subjects because hey, shoutout sa mga irregular students like me!" I said laughing which made the crowd cheer more.

"I will be lying if I tell you that, I'm running because suddenly I woke up one day and I feel the need to serve the entire student body of FEU." I said.

"Because the primary reason that I run is to impress this perfect girl--- I want her to know that even a gago like me can change." I said while smiling. I don't even know if I can say gago on stage in front of the whole school but I just did--- bahala na.

I can hear the cheers becoming louder at may mga pumipito pa. 

"But you know, as I stand here in front of you, I know somewhere she's looking at me smiling-- somehow proud na yung dating tinututor niya ngayon ay nasa harap na ng buong student body para mag bigay ng campaign speech." I look at the side where the Isanliyab Party is standing and there I gave Irene a subtle smile and she did too.

"So today, I stand in front of you with honesty and tranparency. You might think that I only run for office to impress a girl--- although that's true, I didn't run only for that. I run for office because I want to represent all the irregular students like me. I feel like irregular students needs to be represented too because, we are a student of this school as well. Kung transferee ka man, repeater or part-time student--- I want you to feel seen and heard. Thank you that's all." I said and I end my speech.

Ang corny ko, myghad. It's not even the speech that I prepared. Pero wala, andiyan na yan. Kaya eto ko ngayon iwas tingin kay Irene parang kanina lang ang lakas ng loob pero lahat ng yon nawala na ngayon. Lupa, kainin mo na ako!

"Wow. Campaign speech ba yun or proclamation of love? Thank you, Ms. Austria." Sabi ng host at napatawa nalang ako.

Natapos na rin ang mga iba pang mag speech at ang dalawang last ay mga tatakbo for president na si Sunmi at si Irene. Grabe, hindi pa man nag sisimula ay grabe na ang hiyawan ng mga estudyante may mga cardboard sign pa ang magkabilang partido. Akala mo national election e. Haha.

"Now let's hear from the Kadiwa Partylist President and our current FEUCSO Vice President, Sunmi Magdangal" Sabi ng Host.
