Yuri's POV 

I heard her phone rang. Tiffany's probably calling her and I don't want us to stop so I deepened the kiss. But the mood's already gone, jessica broke the kiss. 

She fixed her hair, took her phone out of her pocket clumsily. "Y-yeah? you're there already? I was just wandering around the vicinity i'll be there in a bit. arasseo, bye." I saw her put her phone back to her pocket and bid her farewell without looking at me. 

"Jess!" I called her but she ran way too fast before I could even stand up. 

I slapped my forehead twice. "Ugh, the only time I messed up but I don't regret it." 

I touched my lower lip as I tried to remember how she tastes. 

Jessica's POV

I ran as fast as I could to go where tiffany is. I really shouldn't have let my guards down, I shouldn't have gone to that place in the first place.   She has a girlfriend now and I'm not allowed to fall for her. It's wrong. 

When I saw tiffany's car, I went inside panting. "What happened to you? you're sweating. let me wipe it for you." I wasn't able to stop her when she touched my face and wiped my sweats with her barehand. 

"Yah, that's gross." 

She smiled along with her eyes. "You're a friend it's fine." Tiffany looked for a tissue in her bag and used it to clean her hand. "Don't get me wrong it's hard to drive with a sweaty hand." she added and I just smiled in return. 

We were silent as she drove the car. I was fidgeting as I look at the window. Why am i thinking of that kiss? 

"Hey, jessica. are you okay?" 

"Yes." I replied without looking at her. 

"Then why are you so flustered?!" 

My eyes grew big. "I-I am not." 

"Jessica, look at me." she commanded with a soft voice. 

I refused to do so and turned my back at her like a child. 

"Jessica, please." she pleaded and I couldn't resist anymore so I looked at her, biting my lower lip. 

"Is there something you want to tell me?" she asked. I could see she was trying to focus on her driving but she couldn't because of me. 

"Nothing, focus on driving please. we might get into an accident." I tried to laugh it off.

 Everything's fine, I'm totally okay. I guess. 

She stopped the car as soon as the traffic light turned red. She now stared at me. "No, it doesn't seem so. tell me what's bothering you. maybe I could help," she offered. 

'you'll only reprimand me.' I replied in my mind. 

I forced a smile. "See? I'm alright, you're exaggerating." 

She put her face closer to me. I blinked my eyes thrice. "Y-yah," I put my hand on her chest to make a gap between us. 

"Do you like me?"

WHAT? 

I bursted out laughing. "What the hell, tiffany?!" And when I thought I was caught, she was thinking about something different. Aigoo, this fairy. 

She pouted. 

"Okay, it's already green. drive now tiffany," I winked at her. 

She glared at me. "Hmmp, now I'm embarrassed."

that was the funniest thing I heard from her that evening.

Jessica's POV 

"Hurry up, jessica. we're gonna be late," she shouted from the living room. 

"I'm almost finished." 

It's our daily routine. We would eat breakfast together then she would drop me off to work and after that, she would go to where she needs to, mostly about work. I haven't seen her rest except during night time of course. A workaholic fairy, I salute. 

When I was finished fixing my dress, I rushed towards her and smiled. "I'm ready to go." 

"Not yet."

I frowned. "What? why?" 

"There's something on your-" she touched my cheek using her thumb. 

I grinned as I watched her do something with my cheek. She met my eyes for a split second and avoid it quickly, coughing forcefully. "Let's go jess," she told me and left.

What's with tiffany? 

I just shrugged it off and followed her. 

Just like yesterday, we were silent while she was driving the car. I don't know what to say either. I'll probably make myself busy with the window. 

Tiffany suddenly broke the ice. "So...jessica, what's up?"

"What do you mean what's up?" I asked, acting innocent and all. 

"Yesterday, you're flustered and it wasn't because of me. so what's it all about?" I saw her tightened the grip on the steering wheel. 

It was so cold inside but I could feel myself sweating. Geez, what should I say? 

"I was probably experiencing changes in my human body. y-you know natural changes...I just don't know what it's called but yeah that's probably it." I lied. 

"Oh, hormonal changes...just make sure it isn't about OTHER things." she replied, emphasizing the word 'other'. I'm now more afraid to faced her. 

We reached the coffee shop and I hurriedly remove my seatbelt. I have to get away from this akward atmosphere. 

Tiffany held my hand and I could feel my heart beats faster because of too much anxiety. 

"Y-yes?" 

"Take care jess, I'll see you later." tiffany told me with those misty eyes.

I nodded and closed the door. I waved my hand goodbye as she left. 

Hooh, that was heart wrenching. 

I walked towards the coffee shop's front door and noticed my shoelace untangled. Help!
