Dear diary, 

Today Mina came to school. Of course I showered her with hugs as I usually do, but a strange feeling crept over me. 

I wanted more than just to hug her. 

I wanted to kiss her. 

But that feeling didn't make any sense to me. Mina and I are just friends. Well, actually we are close friends, even best friends. But we are definitely not girlfriends. 

And I am definitely NOT attracted to Mina. NOT in a romantic way. 

I am so confused by this. I need to find an answer to this feeling.
