Chae Hyungwon
From Zero [DISCONTINUED]It was already packed at the Vintage's and I didn't even have time to check my phone. It was supposed to be my day off from both school and part time but the other worker took an emergency day off so I need to take his place for a day.
After the incident happened I couldn't even think straight about how was Jaeyi doing but since Hoseok was with her I put all my trust on him to take care of my Jaeyi.
"Welcome to the Vintage's. What would you like to order?"
"An iced Americano and... Do you have any pastry that is sugar free?" A female customer with a long white padded jacket asked with a shaking voice. She kept rubbing her hands together, showing that she was on great cold before entering the cafe.
I frowned. 'She acts like she's freezing but an iced espresso?' Then I killed all those thoughts with shaking my head several times and smiled. "We only use sugar free dough in making the croissant. Same goes for our choco croissant. We used sugar free dark chocolate only." I explained while pointing at the pastry corner politely.
"I'll take the one with choco."
Along with a slight nod, I took the card that she handed to me earlier and did all things that were necessary then gave it back to her along with a short receipt. I didn't even forget to give her the wireless pager. "You can go to the next counter when it rings. Thank you."
Right after she walked away, I sprinted to the pastry corner and took out a dark chocolate croissant then put it on a small cream colored plate. The drink was done and I handed them to the other worker, signing him to call the customer.

"Hyungwon, thank you so much for today. You can go home now. I'll double today's payment for you." The manager patted my back while smiling widely. The other part timers said that he kept sighing before that and after I agreed to work today he only sighed in relief.
I bowed in respect towards him and excused myself to go to the staffroom. I took off my apron and hung it in my locker. Then I went out from the cafe after bidding some goodbyes to the other workers. I my phone and I pouted. Not even a single text from Jaeyi.
She doesn't need me anymore.
I formed my lips into a thin line and shrugged it off. Then I walked to the bus stop and took a bus to the campus. Since I decided to make a new script play, I needed to do some research and stuff.
