CRUSH
SHE CHANGED EVERYTHING.Her expression curls, scrunching together in a disapproving distaste, eyelids shut tightly in reflex and her tongue slightly out as though she needed the air to relieve her of the unwanted taste in . He wears a lazy smirk, most apparently entertained by the way her features naturally reacted to the sudden sourness of the alcoholic lemon lime bitter that she’d been dying to make but couldn’t with the way she hadn’t seemingly had time to make in her dorm. Eyes blink slowly in an exaggerated motion before she finally turns, her brows frowning as she lightly jabs the side of her torso.
“Not funny Jungkook,” she speaks in a stern tone, arms crossed together, “… way too much lemon and not enough alcohol.”
His eyes follow the way her slender fingertips wrap tightly around the glass, holding it up towards him as the straw that she’d taken a sip from suddenly temptingly faces him and he knows better, than to accept an indirect kiss when it was laced with a poison of it’s own (or more accurately, a sourness).
“If you’re not going to drink it then you better keep your mouth shut, you’re better looking that way anyway,” she lifts her shoulders in victory whilst wearing a sense of challenge in her voice.
It was in that moment that he thinks that she’s the devil in disguised, holding up a shiny apple that was truly rotting and decaying inside. Unlike Eve, he knew well of the consequences.
“You’re over reacting,” he gives in lifting the straw slightly as he considers bringing it to his lips, “… I bet I can drink it without making a face.”
He chuckles under his breath as she mumbles a ‘okay Mr tough guy whatever you say’ under her own, pushing the cup closer to him.
Jeon Jungkook drinks it, two sips before he watches as drops agape in complete shock before he begins choking, the sudden sourness finally hitting him a little too late. Quickly putting the glass down he rushes to the fridge, taking out a bottle of water before practically drowning his throat with it causing for her voice to suddenly erupt in a reverberating giggle. He turns, watching as she grins with a childlike excitement before she crouches over, her hand over her stomach evidently unable to contain her laughter. It’s hard for him to censor his lack of disappointment as a smile tugs naturall
