RunawaysChapter 2 | Found
Bae Joohyun booked a one-way ticket to a random place. It was the time she drank two whole bottles of whiskey to herself. She was too drunk to remember she has done it and after a month, she receives an email reminding her that her flight is tomorrow. All too random for the only daughter of Bae Seongwoo, a senator eyeing to run for the next presidency elections.
Though she loves getting all the media attention as the face of her father’s propaganda campaigns, Joohyun feels too exhausted. She wants to help her father as much as she can but it just gets her too drained. She is questioning if her existence as a daughter is merely for propaganda and influence use only. For all she remembers, she never had once disobeyed her father. What was planned for her, she does and excels well.

She packs her bags, books her accommodation, and readies everything needed for her flight tomorrow. She asks herself if this is the right thing to do. She doesn’t want to live her life in the shadow of her father anymore.
She’s been secretly putting all her funds to a secure account. Coming from a long family line of conglomerates, she sure has a lot of money on her own. She studied business administration so if she sees that the random country she picked is a great place to live in, she might try and settle down for good. After all, she is already twenty-seven. Maybe she can fall in love and secretly marry without her father’s consent. It will be the greatest revenge for getting herself locked up doing all her father’s biddings.
It was all too hasty but it’s now or never. She hops on the plane bound for Slovenia. As she looks at the window, she strips herself of all the responsibilities as Senator Bae’s daughter.
It has been a little less than nineteen hours before she got to breathe the air of the unfamiliar place. It was all too good and all too scary at the same time to be alone in a foreign country without knowing anyone. She calls for a cab and tells the driver she needs to get to the hotel she booked. It’s one in the afternoon at Lju
