I arrived at the office early to send the apology letter to Mr.Kim’s computer. Ruby’s logic worked and I actually put together a decent letter after writing the mock one. Mr. Lee came in as I finished my job on the computer. He didn’t smile as his legacy made out. Turned out he was really popular in the company and “was kind to everybody at all times” as his fangirls whispered to each other whenever he passed their department. I was yet to see the kind man though, as he sternly asked about the letter. I replied with a huge grin, like a kid presenting her homework to a teacher, that I sent it to Mr.Kim’s computer.

I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket and saw a text when I picked it up “There is a package I need collecting urgently, can you go to the cargo exit right now” If it was that urgent I thought, he would have called me. I opened the fax machine to send the letter, it was supposed to be sent before the company's office hours.

“What are you doing?” Mr.Lee asked grabbing my wrist right before I pressed sent on the fax machine “Doyoung texted me now asking if you were on your way for the mission he sent you to.” “I-..” I stuttered “I thought it would be better to send the letter before.” “If Mr.Kim says there is an urgent business, you need to take care of that first,” he said. Probably now realizing his still rough grip on my wrist, he let go and said “Go now” while he composed himself.
