Saturday Night Again
The 7 Deadly Personalities of Kim Taeyeon“You said you don’t go to nightclubs.” Tiffany didn’t ask for any permission and put herself in front of Taeyeon, facing her off the next Saturday night when she went to the same club she had previously gone. And just like Yuri said, there Taeyeon was. In her blue-icy contacts on, black jacket, a glass of champagne, and sitting on the third table of the club.
“What?” The woman blinked, totally oblivious.
“You told me you don’t go to nightclubs, and here you are... At a nightclub! So, are you going to tell me that you’ve never met me before again?” It was easy to pick up the dryness in Tiffany’s voice.
Taeyeon passed her tongue through her lips. “Ha, I remember you. You’re the American one.”
“Ah, now you remember?!”
She stretched out her hands. “Okay, look, I know you’re angry, possibly because of our night stand last week, but you can’t really assume I was interested in you in that way, right? We are all grown ups here and we all understand how night stands work, right?”
“What?”
“You’re angry that I don’t love you...”
“What? No!” Her denial made the woman frown her brows.
“No?”
“No! Look, I don’t want you to love me. I feel nothing for you but a mild attraction because you’re hot.” She said, honestly.
“Thanks.”
“I just don’t like to be treated as something useless and forgettable. If we're gonna have a night together, at least have the decency to remember my face!”
“But I remember your face!”
“That’s not what you said last Sunday!”
“Last Sunday?”
“At the Eel Restaurant?”
The woman frowned her brows not understanding. “I don’t eat eel.”
“What?”
“I don’t eat eel. They’re mushy and rubbery and it just stinks… I never go to those types of restaurants!”
“Are you for real?” Tiffany was outrageous. “Do you really have to deny everything that you do?”
“What? What do you even mean by that? I’m not denying anything!”
“You are denying that you went to the eel restaurant last Sunday!”
