Chapter 6/?

Jisoo sighs as she leans her back against the wall, her head down low as she feels headache is about to creep in. Wendy on the other hand crosses her arm, scrutinizing the girl in front of her. Jisoo looks so drained and there’s nothing more that she wants to do right now but to wrap her arms around the latter.

They have been staying in the janitor closet for at least 10minutes. Mostly thinking about what had transpired an hour ago. Without uttering anything, both knows what each other had in mind.

“I can’t talk about this right now Wan” Jisoo lets out a heavy sigh

Wendy nodded in understanding. She slings her back and picks up the latter’s bag which lying on the floor before putting them on the other girl’s shoulder. Jisoo mouthed a silent thank you.

Jisoo then look at Wendy “See you at home?”

Wendy nodded and walks out of the closet

Jennie has been absent the whole lectures and most of the lecturers received “she had a bad case of

Severe headache” answers from her best friends.

Most students start talking about the previous events. Some of them badmouth Jisoo for being inconsiderate and harsh for declining Jennie’s advances and some were on Jisoo side, saying that Jennie is being too pushy. Either way, it has taken a toll out of Jisoo.

She hasn’t been sleeping properly for the past weeks because of her love at home. On top of that, Dalgom’s attitude doesn’t make it any better because of the new arrangement in her life. It is safe to say that both beloved doesn’t sit well with each other and that’s a big problem for Jisoo.

Her world has been in a whirlwind of uncertainties and hope and Jennie’s grand entrance in her life makes it even more overwhelming than it already is. She feels bad at how she treats the latter. It was unnecessary and harsh. Jisoo sighs as she turns to look at her best friend

“I should apologize isn’t not?”

Chaeyoung nodded “Yah, I think you should. But, I understand where you’re coming from. So don’t beat yourself too much about it okay?”

Jisoo leans her head against Chaeyoung’s shoulder, nuzzling her nose against the petite girl’s neck “Thank you” she utters softly “I’m still going to kill you after all of this is done”

The short haired girl groans “Dammit”

Jisoo chuckles and pat the latter on the head. She slings her bag on her shoulder before offering Chae her hand “Come one tiger, I need you drop me off at my parent’s home. I have family dinner tonight”

Chaeyoung beams at the latter. With the sun shines at the back, Jisoo’s hair glows as well as her sweet porcelain face. And there goes that addictive smile that Chaeyoung loves so much.  Jesus, she looks ethereal.

“Don’t sweat it, I can drive in 5”

Jennie has been walking for hours aimlessly until her eyes caught on a small playground nearby. The latter is sweating profusely but she couldn’t care a less about that right now, not after she has been blatantly rejected by Jisoo, yet again. She s
