The Truth According to Cats and DogsMy human is running late tonight. Not that she didn't tell me that she would be late but still, I wait for her to be home. Actually, I don't have a good feeling about the outcome of her anticipated event. If only I could talk, I would have told her to expect the worst and hope for the best. But she is such an eternal optimist, always dwelling on possibilities. To her, impossible is nothing.
Sandara Park is arguably the most hardworking human I know although we didn't get along well initially. When we first met, I sensed her fear, her lack of trust. I thought: Did she think that I would hurt her? That I would scratch and bite? It turned out that she was afraid because she did not know how to hold me. But Dara always tries to learn things if she doesn't know them. She has won me over with her persistence and hard work in no time.
Dara by the way is not my first human; that would be her brother Cheondoong. That's why my name is Dadoong, from Dara and Cheondoong. She used to live in a dormitory, and I used to live with the rest of her family. But when Dara could finally afford to move into an apartment, she got me to be her housemate. I am much honored and pleased.
