Staff bowed as a figure walked down down the hall of Big Hit Entertainment, opening the glass door to one of the conference room he gave the cameras in the room a a small smile, as the people around the table stood and bowed to him, he gestured for them to take their seats. 

With a sigh he began speaking, "As you all know I have decided to reform the line up for our next girl group. The training staff have all submitted trainees they think can preform well. That is what the binders contain, profiles and evaluations for over 50 trainees." He said, the staff at the table each opening the binders. "Now is when we narrow it down to the 12 trainees we think will be good fits." He said, nodding to the television in the room where the last monthly evaluations began playing.

"Seolji, have you finished the rough compostion?" A tall male in a baseball cap and a sweater asked, the woman smiled in greeting as trainees left to go practice. She nodded handing him the notebook sitting on her keyboard.

"What would you do without me, Sunhwan?" She said, he chuckled and patted her shoulder.

"I'm gonna start on this. Let me know when we pull the trainees out of practice." He said, heading out of the room as four more girls walked in bowing to the two trainers.

"Alright let's start with Jaein, then Rena." Seolji instructed as the girls stood in a line infront of her.

"Alright, I'll let them know." Bang PD said, as he left te conference room. "Seolhwa, round up the trainees, everyone meet in the large practice room. Time to let them know who is moving on."

"Practice starts now. Good luck." Bang PD said, in the final cut, nodding before leaving the practice room. The tennis shoes of twelve girls shown as Seolhwa sat on the ground.

"The dance we have been working on the past few days, lets run over it one more time before going over movements." She said, the twelve dispersing.
