“How did it go?” Namjoon asked once Seokjin entered the dorm.

Seokjin just returned from BLACKPINK’s dorm, and “It was actually really fun.”

“Really?” Yoongi replied, surprised.

The eldest nodded, “Yup. The girls are pretty chill. Well, not chill… but cool. And hyper.”

Hoseok, who was sitting on the couch, didn’t want to add to the conversation. He just wanted to overhear what was going on. He wants to know if BLACKPINK likes Seokjin… if he does, it’s good but it’ll be even a harder hit if the Byulyi secret is discovered.

“Were they nice?” Jungkook asked.

“Yup,” Seokjin grinned, “One of them knew your birthday.”

“Who?” He responded quickly.

He shrugged, “I forget.”

Jungkook frowned, “How rude.”

“What did you all even do?” Taehyung asked.

“We kind of just talked. Well, except Jennie. She just went off into her room with all the cookies I made.” Seokjin said.

A wave of anxiety washed over Hoseok; she must know something is up. From his experience, a person who goes into their room (with food) while others are over have their intentions on snooping. Jennie was probably watching and listening from a far to gather some data on Seokjin’s “suspicious activities”. Well, he’s really just basing this off of Yoongi, but it seems like Jennie is the type of person who would do that as well.

“So you and Jisoo got to bond more?” Namjoon asked.

“Yup. Jisoo’s chiller than I thought.” Seokjin replied.

Hoseok couldn’t help but get confused by Seokjin’s statement. Jisoo is secretly chill? That’s impossible! And the whole club scenario proves it! Jisoo has a secret wild side… not a secret calm side! That’s not even a thing! After Seokjin spent multiple hours with Jisoo, he thinks that she’s an all-around chill person? Was he even paying attention?

“Oh, she’s not crazy?” Jimin responded.

“Not really. I mean, obviously she has weird quips sometimes, but it seems like she’s just a normal person.”

“Interesting,” Hoseok mumbled, whipping out his phone.

Seokjin must really not pay attention during his bonding times. As Hoseok continued to scroll through his texts with Jisoo, it provided more evidence that Jisoo is a strange gal. She always brings up random topics and riddles. How is that calm or chill?

Is Jisoo acting that way in front of Seokjin? Maybe she’s just trying to make a good impression. But you’d think that she would have loosened up by now like she did with Hoseok!

“I really needed that time to hang out because my manager just called before I walked in here to say that I have a photoshoot soon.” Seokjin added.

“With Jisoo?” Namjoon asked.

He nodded, “Yup. I’m pretty sure Jisoo brought up the idea to YG accidentally and he took it seriously.”

“You’re going to need more bonding sessions, then.” Hoseok thought outloud.

“This one helped a lot… So I don’t think I need any more until then.” Seokjin shrugged.

“You’ve only had like… three meetings with her and it’s been over a month.”

Silence.

“Three times in one month is pretty good…” Seokjin tried to defend himself.

Uh oh Hoseok, don’t get all ragey now… it’s not the time! This will make the guys think you have the hots for Jisoo! Which you do NOT!

“No, it’s not, hyung. You got to step up!” Hoseok said as calmly as possible.

“I mean, he’s not wrong,” Yoongi added.

“I’ve been trying, okay?” Seokjin replied, annoyed. “I just have other things to do.”

Hoseok bit his lip, then told him, “That’s a rude statement.”

“I didn’t mean it like that, Hobi.”

The five other boys glanced at one another, nervous about Hoseok getting angry. Hoseok is scary when he’s angry. No one likes it.

“You just meant that you’d rather be doing other things.” Hoseok said.

“…I guess?”

“But you can’t do that because there’s another person involved, hyung.”

Seokjin rolled his eyes, starting to leave the room, “I know, okay? Anyways, this is my situation. I handle it my own way.”

And so the eldest left to go see Byulyi. She was going to pick him up anyways. But you know, Seokjin didn’t have to leave so dramatically.

“What a drama queen.” Jimin sighed, leaving since the juicy stuff ended.

“Hoseok, you need to understand that it’s Seokjin’s decision on how he handles everything.” Namjoon advised the dancer.

“I know.” Hoseok muttered, not wanting to seem annoyed.

“You’ve helped out a lot with this situation, which Seokjin should be thankful for but,” Namjoon said, “He’s just stressed right now.”

“Well what about Jisoo? He can’t just do whatever he wants while she’s just waiting around and fighting all the battles.”

“She’s not. Seokjin is helping.”

“How?” Hoseok asked quickly.

“Hoseok, why are you getting so snippy about this?” Yoongi responded, walking up to his friend, “It’s not your place to be in.”

“So it was my place to be in each time Seokjin was an idiot and ditched her? And when you all got drunk despite knowing that Jisoo was supposed to hang out with Seokjin?” Hoseok said, getting frustrated.

“Yes, that was our fault, but,” Namjoon tried to say.

Hoseok groaned, leaving the room with haste, “Whatever.”

“What the hell is up with him?” Taehyung asked.

“That’s a good question.” Namjoon stated.

“I mean, I get where he’s coming from,” Yoongi said, “He’s been doing more with Jisoo than Seokjin if we’re being honest.”

“Maybe it’s starting to affect him.” Jungkook shrugged.

“What do you mean by that?” The leader asked the maknae.

“You know what I mean, hyung.”

“…Tell me.”

Jungkook sighed, “I’ve been noticing things.”

“What are those things?” Namjoon responded.

“Hobi hyung was really huffy when we were watching the interview back, and he’d be all smiley when he got a text recently. So, when he was in the bathroom and got another one, I went to go see who it was, and it was Jisoo.”

“So does that mean she’s into him?” Jimin asked, entering the room again. I guess he heard his hyungs gossiping and joined back in!

“Probably now,” Yoongi said, “From what I see… she may be into Seokjin.”

“That’s just a bystander’s observation though.” Namjoon stated.

“Maybe.”

“If Hoseok is into Jisoo,” Taehyung started to say, “I don’t think he knows it yet.”

“Yah, let’s not talk about Hoseok like this, okay? All of us could be wrong. He may just want to be looking out for Jisoo. We know that he’s a cordial guy so,” The leader shrugged.

The five boys stood there, wondering about Hoseok’s current feelings towards Jisoo. It’s clear that she doesn’t feel romantic towards him… but could Hoseok really be falling for the eldest member of BLACKPINK?

“Hell yes!” Jisoo exclaimed, clapping furiously. She paused with a frightened expression, “I mean, oh wow! Nice!”

The stylist laughed, “Well I’m glad you like this so much! I think Seokjin has an outfit in the same color, so you two will match!”

Within those three days, Jisoo and Seokjin would text from time to time, proving that Seokjin is stepping it up like he said. “Wow, look at you!” Jisoo joked, “So handsome!”

Seokjin did a funny pose, “I know, right?” The two laughed and joked some more until the photographer came in, who gave them basic instructions about how the photoshoot is going to go.

“We’re not doing a cute one?” Jisoo asked, confused.

“We’re going to do some cute photos, but both of your bosses want to keep the fierce vibe of you two.” The photographer responded.

The fake couple looked at one another, not knowing what to think about the theme. Does that mean that there’s going to be a lot of touching? Jisoo’s not ready for that!

“Alright, so are we ready to begin?” They asked, waiting for the couple to respond. “…I’m going to take the silence as I yes!”

“Wait!” Seokjin suddenly said, looking frightened. Jisoo looked at him, confused by his sudden outburst. Why does it look like he’s freaking out? “I-I have to use the washroom.” He finally stated, then hurried out of the room.
