Taeyeon once mentioned to Jessica before that their love is like a roller coaster ride. One moment you can be high above and another you are going down.

She also said that their love is full of color, from the red when they are happy to having it turned gray or blue when they are sad.

But one thing that Jessica always reminds of Taeyeon, that the older girl is like the sky on her starry night, always there even though the colors would change in the meantime

After their last encounter, which makes Jessica feeling blue, because she needs to go round and round, and a result of it, will miss Taeyeon’s birthday.

“It’s okay” said Taeyeon through the phone. It’s still midnight in New York and Taeyeon already faced the sunlight at the Seoul, “As long as we are on the same page”

Taeyeon’s voice is soothing, like the bird sound at the summer day. It’s clear and chirpy, and Jessica always like it

“I heard the fine dust is still there” Jessica changed the topic; she wont let herself be sad despite being reminded of the fact that she will miss Taeyeon’s birthday.

“Worse than before” sound of opening curtain is heard from across the line. Jessica could picture the sight of Taeyeon while holding her phone and drawing the curtains. How Jessica missed to receive the back hug from the latter when she opened the curtain or the window at the morning

“Don’t forget to use the mask” Jessica reminded, “I saw the news and my Dad also complained about that”

“Because Father will miss his golf games” Taeyeon chuckled, “He complained all night long and I need to listen to him as well”

“Seems like you had a good time with my parent”

“I always do” said Taeyeon happily, “You have no idea how I miss your Mom’s cooking”

“How about me? Did you even miss me?”

”I am missing you every minute every second of my life Sica.”

“I miss you too, Taeyeon” Jessica sighs, “I miss sleeping in your arms”

“We will meet later, don’t worry” said Taeyeon, cooing her girlfriend. She knows exactly, when Jessica is tired, she will be spoiled and whiny. She knows it

“Hmm” Jessica hummed, “Taengoo, sing me a song”

“What song?”

“U R”

“Okay, but promise me you will sleep after this. You still have your schedule tomorrow, Baby”

“I promise”

Taeyeon cleared and let her melodious voice goes through the phone, sending the messages that she loves Jessica so much, that she also misses the younger girl at the time

“I love you, Baby” said Taeyeon after hearing a soft snore heard from the other side of the line.

The past days might be hard for Taeyeon, but earning a whiny text from Jessica which is almost every morning, she couldn’t help for having a good mood for the whole day. She likes how Jessica is being herself to in front of her; not being the CF Jung or Model Jessica Jung. Just mere Jung Sooyeon, always being this childish, this whiny and being the spoiled princess to her Taengoo

Tomorrow is her birthday, Jessica is whining nonstop because she wanted to bake Taeyeon a cake, as long as she remembers, the last time Jessica baked her a cake was on their 7th anniversary of SNSD. Been so long but Taeyeon still recalled the sweet taste of the icing, she likes how Jessica put the icing along with the strawberry topping since Tiffany requested it

“Happy birthday!” Jessica called her when the clock still shoots at 12.30 AM

“It’s still 8 March on your place, Sica” Taeyeon chuckled, she swears she could imagine Jessica is pouting right now

“You seem upset” Jessica howled

“Of course, no” Taeyeon laughed, “I miss you so much, Sica. How can I get upset when you called me?”

“Stop teasing”

“Teasing you is my favorite Baby” Taeyeon laughs again, “What are you doing?”

“Waiting for my plane. I will go to Barcelona”

“Already?”

“Yep. I will be going to some meetings though. The investors come to me in the meantime and Tyler Oppa make the schedule very tight”

“Don’t forget to eat well and drink the vitamins, Baby”

“I just want to see you”

A silence atmosphere engulfed them

“Tae…”

“Sorry, just read something” Taeyeon grinned, “I’ll be there tomorrow”

“Huh?”

“What? You sound upset” Taeyeon girlfriend, “Well someone said that she wanted meet me so much so I need to go to her”

“Really! Yey!” Jessica squalled

“Yep, your Father issued the ticked with me. I come with him”
