Opening the door, Daniel saw Jihoon lying on his bed facing the wall while hugging Daniel’s plushie. Jihoon heard someone else is in the room, glance to see that it was Daniel. He smiled a little and composed himself back into sulky mode.

“Go away. I’m tired and I want to sleep now” Jihoon tried to make his sound as upset as possible. He is still upset but every time he saw Daniel being considerate like this melts his heart that he couldn’t keep on getting angry.

Daniel closed and locked the door then climbs up the stair into Jihoon’s bed, ignoring the harsh tone from Jihoon and sit beside Jihoon’s sleeping figure. He puts his hands on Jihoon’s back, slowly caressing it, hoping it would ease Jihoon’s temper.

When Jihoon didn’t even budge, Daniel tried to ask

“So, what’s been bothering you this time?” Daniel tried to keep his voice as calm as possible. In fact, he really wants to scream at Jihoon for opening this kind of page that can lead to this. He knew about Jihoon’s insecurities that’s why he had been especially strict and serious when he told Jihoon to never open this kind of page.
Jihoon stayed quiet. He didn’t even move. “Is it because of this?” Daniel took out Jihoon’s phone from his pocket and shows it to Jihoon.

Jihoon turned a little, eyes wide at what Daniel has on his hands. He got up and snatched his phone away from Daniel’s hand. “Why did you open my phone?”

“You left it on in my room” Daniel said as a matter of fact. “So, care to tell me why you read this when I clearly tell you not to?” Daniel makes himself more comfortable on Jihoon’s small bed and crossed his arms

Jihoon looked down at his laps, not knowing what to say. Suddenly, small sobs echoed in the room.

Seeing Jihoon started to cry, Daniel sighs again, “That’s why I told you not to read it didn’t I?” He pulled Jihoon into his embrace and his head lovingly. “You are going to let your insecurities get a better hold of you again” Daniel kissed Jihoon’s lock, inhaling Jihoon’s sweet scent. “These are all fan made, you know it’s not true”

Jihoon buried his face on Daniel’s chest, arms slipped on Daniel’s waist, still sobbing softly, listening to Daniel’s words of assurance and steady heart beat. It calmed him down. “I’m sorry”

“Don’t be” Daniel quickly added, “Just promise not to let this affect you. I love you okay, not Seongwoo, not anyone else, but Park Jihoon” he pulled away to get better look of Jihoon, “Hm?”

Jihoon looked at Daniel’s eyes and nodded a little before he is pulled back to Daniel’s embrace.

When Daniel thought that Jihoon had calmed down, Daniel was about to tug Jihoon to bed but Jihoon suddenly talk, caught him off-guard

“Hyung” Jihoon starts, “Can I ask for a favour?”

Daniel looked at Jihoon, eyebrow raised, “What is it?” Since when Jihoon formally asked something from him

Jihoon suddenly becomes shy at what he is about to ask. “Hug me on public” he said softly, so soft that Daniel couldn’t catch that

Daniel looked down to match Jihoon’s eye level, “What did you say?”

“I said hug me on public” Jihoon said louder, “but don’t make it too obvious” he adds.

Daniel smirk at that, “So, my Jihoonie finally wants to do public affection hm?” Jihoon is the one who banned them to do some sort of skinship on public. “So, where and how you want it to be?”

Jihoon blushed hard, “I don’t know, you decide” he paused, “as long as it’s not too obvious. If it’s too obvious, people will think it was for fanservice. I just want some fans to catch on that. That Hyung and I are close too.” Jihoon stopped to look at Daniel’s expression

Daniel smiles widened, “Aw, what did I do to deserve a cutie pie like you” Daniel pinched Jihoon’s cheeks. “Sure my princess, your wish is my command” Daniel teasingly said, “let’s show them that NielWink is real” He winked at Jihoon.

Jihoon punched lightly at Daniel’s chest before Daniel envelops him in a hug, pulling him down to lie on the bed. “Okay, now let’s sleep” Daniel decides. “I’ve been so tired that I need to recharge my energy and you need to take responsible for that as you are my boyfriend”
