The boys gathered behind you to see who it was.

"Woohyun-sshi, you're early!" you smiled.

"Better early than late." he flashed you a smile.

"Aren't you the new guy in school?" Hyunseung asked.

Woohyun nodded. "And you're..."

"I'm Jang Hyunseung."

"I'm Yoon Doojoon."

"Yong Junhyung." Junhyung looked at Woohyun disapprovingly.

"I'm Yang Yoseob, nice to meet you!"

"Son Dongwoon." 

"I'm Lee Kikwang. Her brother. You're her date?" Kikwang raised his eyebrows.

"Yes. Let me introduce myself. I'm Nam Woohyun, from class 3-03." 

"Yea, we know. But why are you asking our ~~~~~-ah out?" Junhyung asked.

"Yea, why?" everybody looked at Woohyun.

"Err-"

"Let's go! Or we will be coming back home late." you held Woohyun's hand and walked quickly out of the house.

"Yah! Be safe! Don't come home too late." Kikwang shouted.

"Neh, oppa! Annyeong!" you waved goodbye. "Let's go before he changes his mind!" 

You held Woohyun's hand and ran.

Both of you stopped after you ran quite far away.

Both of you panted when you stopped running.

Woohyun started laughing.

"What?" you looked at him weirdly.

"It's like we did something wrong and is running away from an evil stepmom or something." 

"Except this time, it's just an overprotective brother." you laughed.

"Why do you live with 6 guys? Don't you feel awkward?" Woohyun asked you.

"Not really. They've been with me since I was really really young. So it doesn't feel weird. They are like my brothers." you smiled as you thought of your happy memories with them.

"I see..." he nodded.

"So where are we going?" 

"To celebrate my birthday." he smiled.

"Today's your birthday?!" you were surprised.

He nodded.

"Happy birthday!" you hugged him.

"T-Thanks... It's been long since someone wished me a happy birthday." 

"Where do you want to go on this special day?"

"Just walking around with you makes this special day special."

You blushed. "You must have said that to many girls."

"Ani, you're the first girl I got close to. But being such a beauty, you must've had lots of guys huh?"

"I'm honored to have met your high standards." he bowed jokingly.

"Who said you did? I didn't approve of you yet." you put your hands against your waist.

"Aww, I shall make sure that you do." he hooked his arm through yours and guided you around.

"I didn't know that you are such a lively guy. You seem cold at first."

"That's because you don't know me well enough."

"Then I should spend more time getting to know you huh?" you joked.

"Of course. Today is 'Getting to know Nam Woohyun' day." 

Both of you laughed.

There was nothing both of you wanted to do so you just walked around and did some window shopping.

It was already 11PM at night, you went to a cake shop and bought a small little cake. Both of you settled down on a public bench.

You lighted the candles and sang him the standard 'Happy Birthday' song.

After Woohyun blew out the candles, you clapped for him.

"Make a wish!" you prompted.

Woohyun clasped his together and closed his eyes.

After a while of silence, he opened his eyes.

"So... What did you wish for?"

"How can I tell you? It won't come true that way." he smiled teasingly.

"You evil person." you lightly punched his chest.

You cut the cake into half and both of you ate your own piece.

You discarded the cake box into the trash bin and made your way home with Woohyun.

Just before you reached home, Woohyun stopped on his tracks.

"Why aren't you walking?" you asked, puzzled.

"~~~~~-ah, will you officially let me be the guy who meets your high standard?" he held your hand and looked at you.

"I..."

"I cant promise that I will be the best boyfriend, but I will always be here when you need me. I won't ever leave you." 

You nodded.

"Is that a yes?" his eyes twinkled.

You nodded again. Woohyun immediately hugged you.

"I'm saying this for the first time, but im sure it won't be the last. Saranghae..." Woohyun whispered in your ear.

You giggled. "Saranghae... Oppa..." 

Woohyun smiled at your sweet words.

"Let's go." both of you walked hand in hand home.

When you reached your doorstep, you waved goodbye to Woohyun.

"Bye oppa!"

"Bye! And thanks for making my wish come true!" he winked and left.

You knew exactly what he meant. You smiled and went back indoors.
