The Alley

Jimin's POV

     Blistering heat scorched through this flimsy material of my shirt as i scrolled along this quiet and lonely street in Seoul. Ever since he left, I have been living all alone in my own house. I left my family who has now migrated to America. I stopped doing things which he hated. I stopped beating up people who owed my money, who disobey my orders. I stopped doing things that cannot be seen by poeple. I stopped running away from cops.

As long as he will come back, i am wiling to stop doing everything he hates. Only because I love him.

    As my thoughts were slowly drifting away, something caught my sight. It's Taehyung's favourite brand of watch. Without further consideration, I walked in the shop and went to one of the salegirl for enquiries about the watch display at the every front of the glass shelf situated near the door.

" Sorry miss, can I have a look at the watch from the display shelf overthere?" I said politely as I pointed to the where the watch is.

" One moment, sir." She smiled comfortly and soon comeback with the limited edition watch on her hands.

" This is a limited edition watch specially designed by our designer for the spring season." She explained.

I slowly pick up the absolutely classy watch from the cushion tray and admire it carefully. I bet he will like it.

" Please wrap it up for me," I said after handling the watch back to the salegirl.

I walked out of the shop with a satisfied smile plastered on my face. I held the paper bag tightly on my hand as I make my way to where I parked my car just now. As I was doing so, I heard cautious footsteps trailing behind me. I glance over the corner of my eyes and that is when I told myself that I have to run my life the next second.

With that, I cleared my thoughts of getting into my car, I ran as fast as I could to get away from the two person who was following me secretly, ready to pull their trigger at me.

I panted so hard but I kept telling myself that I cannot stop running. I cannot just leave the world like that. I am still waiting for Taehyung's return. I wanted him to know that everything I done was for the sake of him.

I then make a turn into an alley and when I turned my head around to check if they have follow me here, I bumped into someone which made the paper bag that I was holding all the while, dropped on the floor, causing the watch trumbling out from the bag.

"Ouch!" The guy that I bumped to groan while rubbing his shoulder by giving me a nasty look.

When I was about to make an apology, I heard quick footsteps coming from the back. Without thinking, I grasp the guy's wrist and made a hurried dash by dragging him along.

"Hey!" I ignored how much he had stuggle to get away from me. I just can't let him stay there, they might kill him or they might used him as a threat to me.

I thought, we just cant't keep running like that, we might run out of breath.

Seems like luck was on my side, there is another small alley around the corner. I dragged the guy who was trying to catch a breath into the small alley.
