"Did you fall asleep?" 

Hoseok whispered the question to himself and was unsurprisingly met with silence.

Jimins head was resting against Hoseoks thigh and the youngers eyes were shut aa his chest moved up and down slowly, peacefully. The older actually had no idea when the other had fallen asleep, he must have been too busy blabbering about random things that he didn't even realize the member on his lap had drifted off to dream land. Luckily, Hoseok didn't take too much mind in the fact and let his hand mindlessly run through the youngers soft locks. 

The atmosphere just felt so ethereal to Hoseok. The way sun seeped through the leaves of the trees overhead allowed the light to reach the ground in beautiful rays. There was a small breeze present, but it was only strong enough to make the leaves rustle ever so slightly, not enough to ruin the silence. 

Everything felt so calming to the older. He just wanted to stay like this forever, with the younger resting against his lap so innocently, not worrying about anything, not seeming like he was in any danger. 

Hoseok slowly moved his hand away from the delicate strands of hair and brought it down to Jimin's cheek before caressing it softly. His skin felt so soft and flawless against his hand, but the older couldn't help but let the ends of his mouth fall ever so slightly. 

He could feel the way the youngers cheeks had sunken in more in comparison to how they were before. He also couldn't help but notice how much paler the vocalist had gotten in as short as a week. 

Jiminie... You must have suffered a lot this past week.... Hoseok thought to himself sadly before he moved his gaze away from the youngers face and over to his body. Even his arms and legs seemed to have gotten skinnier, and the way his clothes seemed baggier than before only emphasized this. 

Hoseok could only sigh, he felt so bad for the vocalist. He wanted to do something, he felt like he needed to do something, but what was there to do? Hoseok felt like he was in a position where anything he did was in vain. 

He let his finger gently Jimins cheek one last time before he forced a smile and talked the younger in a manner as if he were awake. 

"Hey, Park Jimin~ You bet when you get home I'm going to feed you so much good food! It's no fun when you're so skinny and you have no baby fat," Hoseok cooed and to his surprise the younger actually responded. His reply wasn't really in the form of words though, more of a small yawn before he blinked around in obvious confusion. "Oh... I didn't mean to wake you up..."

"Ah did I fall asleep?" Jimin asked, still oblivious to the setting. He quickly brought his hands up to his eyes to rub the last remnants of sleep from them before he slowly sat himself up. "Sorry hyung, I guess I ate so much I had a food coma." He chuckled softly only to get the older to shake his head slightly. 

"No it's fine. You're in the hospital for a reason, I'm not surprised you're so tired." Hoseok smile before bringing his up to the youngers head to move some of the stray strands in their place. 

Hearing those words, Jimins gaze fell to the ground before he pursed his lips together. He couldn't help but find irony in the fact that he was here alone with Hoseok and he was being such a damn sweetheart, allowing the younger to fall asleep and now he was fixing his hair - but despite it all he was still suffering from the hanahaki disease. If anyone who didn't know the two witnessed the past few minutes between the pair they would easily mistaken them as a couple, but that was definitely not the case and the disease just confirmed that. However, what was being bitter about that fact going to do? It wouldn't help Jimin, that was for sure, it would only ruin the rest of the day if anything.

Deciding it was better to simply put everything in the back of his head, the younger looked up at the older with a small smile. "Yea I am in the hospital. All day. So I shouldn't be wasting my time sleeping when I'm out here on this beautiful day with you!" Jimin exclaimed before jumping to his feet, extending his hand out to the older. "C'mon hyung, we only have a few hours, right?"

With a small smile, the J-Hope took the youngers hand before getting up himself. "Well if you're all awake and ready to go, who am I to stop you?" he shrugged with a bright grin. Jimin only reflected the grin, causing his eyes crinkle up and disappear. 

The couple spent the rest of their hours roaming around the park and even going a bit further out into the city. It had only been a week since Jimin had been in the hospital, but even just going to a cafe felt so nice since it seemed like forever since he had done so.

The two settled themselves in some vintage looking bubble tea shop and continued to converse endlessly as well as take some selfies with their sweet drinks. 

"Let me drink some!" Hoseok pouted before opening his mouth in anticipation for the straw of Jimins drink. 

"Why~? I paid my hard earned money for this!" Jimin exclaimed taking a sip of his drink. "You don't deserve it!"

"Awe, why? I took you all the way out here!" J-Hope pointed out. "You wouldn't even have that if I wasn't here!"

"Hmm hyung, you're on to something I suppose." The younger nodded, caressing his imaginary beard. "But I still feel like you don't deserve it?"

"What do you mean! I totally deserve it!" He protested, even getting up a bit to lean over the table in attempt to catch the straw in his mouth and hopefully get a mouthful of the sugary drink. 

"Ah, no!" Jimin cried, pulling his hand back to save his drink. After allowing himself to laugh a bit at how pathetic his hyung looked, he brought himself back to his original position since any threat towards his drink were now gone. "Hyung, don't worry. You can have some on one condition!"

Hoseoks eyes immediately perked up at the sudden proposition. Showing that the younger had his undivided attention, he leaned a bit closer, but not to the extent that he did earlier. "What condition?"

A huge grin swept across the vocalists lips as he simply thought about what he wanted the older to do. He had the other so whipped over a drink, he could literally make him do anything. 

Just seeing the devious grin that was printed on the others face, Hoseok could tell that he set himself up for something bad and regrettable. However, he really wanted the drink. Was all this fuss worth it? Not really, the older concluded. Then again, who was he to just dip his toes in the water and not throw himself in?

"I want you to be as cute as possible. Only when you're cute enough will I give you the drink."
