LL Contest

Hebe woke-up the next morning to find herself looking horrible again. Her eyes were red and puffy from all of the crying that she did the night before. She hopped into the shower hoping that the cold water would help the swelling go down. When she was done she dried herself off and got ready to go out. Before she left her house she checked herself one last time. She fixed her make-up, brushed her hair and strained up her clothes. Then for the final touch, a fake smile that she wore for the past year and a half now. She walked out of her house looking confident and happy but in the inside she really was sad and miserable. Hebe drove down to the coffee shop near her house and ordered her usual and left. Today was going to be like any other Saturday for her. She would go out shopping, eat lunch by herself at the park, stay until the sun had set and then go out to eat dinner. Then she would just pour herself a glass of wine and crawl into bed when she was done with the bottle. But this Saturday was different, and it all started off when she got this one little text.

TEXT CONVERSATION

???: Good Morning ;)

H: Hum… who is this?

???: Calvin?

H: Ohh… how did you get my number?

CA: Jiro

H: Where did he get my number?

CA: Mei Mei

H: Where did she get my number?

CA: Ya Tou

H: Where did she get my number?

CA: Aaron

H: Oh

CA: So you want to do something today?

H: Sure I guess so?

CA: You don’t have to come if you are busy

H: No I want to come I have nothing planned for today any way

CA: Okay I’ll pick you up at 10

H: Okay see you later

Hebe’s POV

Weird that Calvin wanted to hang out with me today? I though that he was going with the others to the contest today? Oh well I should get ready it is already 9: 10

So as Hebe got ready to meet up with Calvin, Calvin was on his bed frozen like a statue.

Calvin’s POV

What the heck did I just do? Did I just ask Hebe to spend the day with me? I can’t believe that she actually said yes too. Wait I must be dreaming I’m going to close my eyes and when I count to 10 I will be awake still in my boxers and t-shirt. 10…9…8…7…6…5…4…3…2…1… open. Nope I was there sitting on my bed fully dressed with my cell phone in one hand and car keys in the other. I guess I really did ask her to spend the day with me. (impressed with himself) Oh crap… the contest is today… I think that I will just Hebe with me.

At Jiro’s House

MM: Wake up sweetie (whispers into Jiro’s ear)

J: (rolls over)

MM: Jiro wake up honey (nudges him)

J: (still sleeping)

MM: (pouts and puts her hands on her hips) Jiro Wang if you don’t get up right now I will break up with you…

J: (still sleeping)

MM: Fine! (starts to get up but gets pulled down on top of Jiro inches away from his face)

J: Now why would you want to do that? (putting her in a tight hug and smiling at her)

MM: Wow you look when I say that I’m going to break up with you (rolls her eyes)

J: I know that you won’t do that to me…

MM: What make you think that?

J: Because you love me too much to ever break by heart

MM: Sure whatever

J: Oh… okay I’m sorry babe for not waking up when you told me too, please forgive me

MM: Hummm… I think about it (wiggles away from his tight hug and walks out of the room)

J: (thinking) Oh great I made her upset again (hitting his head lightly while walking downstairs)

J: Mei Mei… (hears someone in the kitchen) Babe (wraps his arms around her waist) I’m sorry (kisses her on the neck) Please forgive me (kisses her again)

Mei Mei didn’t pay any attention to him; she just kept drinking her coffee.

J: I’m really sorry Mei Mei (kisses her again and again)

Mei Mei stopped drinking her coffee and closed her eyes. She was enjoying the soft warm lips of her boyfriend’s kisses. The comfort she felt when she was in his arms was indescribable. Her whole body tingled after ever kiss she received. She turned around and looked into Jiro’s eyes. She could see that he was very sincere about what he said. Without even saying a word she pulled him down into a long passionate kiss.

At Gui Gui and Wang Zi’s Condo

I woke up the next morning without Wang Zi at my side. Instead he was outside on the balcony watching the cars go by. I walked towards him slowly sliding the screen door trying not to bother him. I wrapped my arms around him and kissed his back. I was just tall enough to rest my chin on his shoulder.

Wang Zi’s POV

I felt a pair of arms wrap themselves around me and a pair of soft lips kissed my back. I took me a second to figure out that it was Gui Gui.

WZ: Good morning (still looking forward)

G: Good morning

WZ: You’re up early this morning

G: It’s because you weren’t beside me this morning

WZ: I’m sorry I couldn’t sleep

G: Here how about I make some breakfast

WZ: Okay

G: Do you mind if I invite Ya Tou and Mao Di over as well

WZ: No I don’t

G: Okay you stay out here and I’ll go call them over

WZ: Okay

I could hear Gui Gui on the phone talking to Ya Tou. I was looking around and saw Mao Di outside as well. I looked at him and waved and he started to walk over to my side, I did the same.

MD: You’re up early

WZ: You too

MD: Yeah, I’ve always been an early riser

WZ: I think that you better go back inside and get ready for breakfast

MD: Breakfast

WZ: Gui Gui wants you guys over for some breakfast

MD: Okay see you later then

WZ: Okay see yeah

I went back inside to get ready. I went into the bathroom to take a quick shower. I could smell wonderful smells of the food when I finished. I got changed and laid out some clothes for Gui Gui. I walked into the kitchen and saw all of the food.

WZ: Do you need help Gui?

G: No I’m fine (while plating the last of the food)

Knock~ Knock~

G: Oh their here… can you please let them in while I go and change

WZ: Yeah sure… I laid out some clothes on the bed for you

G: Thank you (while running to her room)

WZ: (walks to the door) Hi there… please come in

MD: Thanks for having us over for breakfast

WZ: Our pleasures… here please sit

YT: So where is Gui Gui?

G: Right here (popping out of no where)

YT: Oh… (a little startled) hi there

G: Hi… come on let’s eat everyone

So they start eating when they are done they were all stuffed

MD: That was a great breakfast Gui Gui

G: Thank you

WZ: So are you guys going to do anything today?

YT: Oh yeah we are going to this contest

G: Contest?

YT: Yeah, it’s called LL and we enter it for fun every year

MD: Yeah you guys should come with us if you guys aren’t doing anything today…

WZ: That sound like fun

YT: Everyone is coming… and it’s for a good cause… all the money they collect from today will be given to the charity to help find a cure for leukemia.

G: I guess it wouldn’t hurt to go

YT: Well I guess we’ll get going… we still have to get ready

G: Wait what are we suppose to wear?

YT: Umm… just make sure that you look good

WZ: Okay, just call us when you guys are ready to leave, we can all go together.

MD: Okay see you guys later

After a half an hour all four of then were ready

J: (looks at Mei Mei with a devilish smile)

H: Where is he? He is already 10 minutes late…

Just then a car parked in front of Hebe and the window rolls down.

CA: Sorry I’m late… there as a little bit of traffic

H: No it’s okay… where are we going any way?

CA: It’s a surprise...

H: Okay

After about thirty minutes of driving they come to their destination.

H: Where are we…

CA: I forgot that I had to go to LL before I ask you to hang out so I thought I would being you…

H: But isn’t this a contest for couples?

CA: Well Aaron is going to be here and since you said yesterday that you weren’t going I though I would surprise the both of you (thinking of while he was saying it)

H: Oh… okay… so where’s Aaron?

CA: That’s a good question… let’s go find him

After looking around for a while they had finally found Aaron and the rest of the group.
CA: Hey guys

J: Sup Calvin… Hey Hebe

H: Hi there everyone

A: Why are you here?

CA: I brought her to be your partner

A: Oh… okay thanks… here Hebe we should sign in

H: Okay… (walks off)

When they leave Gui Gui, Ya Tou Mao Di and Wang Zi had just came.

YT: Hey there Mei Mei, you look so pretty

MM: Oh thank you, you too

YT: Look we brought Gui Gui and Wang Zi

MM: Good now we have a complete team

YT: Hey did you guys sign in yet?

J: We were just about to do that

G: I guess we’ll come with you guys then

CA: Wait who is going to be my partner? I thought you guys were going to give me one?

G: I can call my friend she lives not too far from here… I can ask her to come over if you want…

CA: Okay call her now please

YT: Yeah hurry Gui Gui we need to all be signed up by 2:00 and it is already 1:20

G: Don’t worry she’ll be here (opens her cell phone)

PHONE CALL

G: Hey ??? can you come over to the LL festival?

???: Who is this?
G: Oh sorry it’s me Gui Gui

???: GUI GUI!!!

G: Yes it’s me

???: Oh my gosh! When did you come back to Taiwan?

G: I’ll explain everything to you if you come to the LL festival right now and you have to look good because I’m entering you in the contest with my group

???: Why do you need me in your group?

G: Please just come, I’ll buy you your favorite ice cream

???: You better be glad the I love you like a sister Gui Gui

G: Yes, yes I love you too

???: Okay I’m on my way

G: She is on her way

YT: Okay now we have everyone…

MM: Wait where is Chun and Ella?

G: I know it has been too long time

XX: I know you didn’t tell me that you came back

G: Well I only came back yesterday

G: Six months or more

CA: Well lades I think that we have to go backstage now

G: Okay then (grabs Xiao Xun and starts walking)

Announcer: Welcome ladies and gentlemen, to our second annual Lone Land Contest.

Gui Gui’s POV

So that’s what LL stands for… but wait Love Land? What the heck kind of contest is this?

Announcer: As all of you know we have 10 lovely couples trying to win the title of the “Golden Couple” and all of the money that we raise from today will go to a charity that helps find the cure of leukemia. So lets get started… for the first round we will have the cat walk. There will be one couple taken out of every round. Please start the music!!!

Announcer: Oh… lets have a round of applause for the couple.

Round 2-4

Announcer: For the final round we are going to separate the couples and we are going to have a little test to see if these last six couples really know each other. We are going to send the couples into different room to think of answers to the questions we will be testing them on later on in this round. While we give then some time to think we will have a small intersession.

[A/N: I so sorry but it is like 1:00 am when I’m writing this part so I really don’t have the energy to do all of the couples so you will have to use your own imagination T^T I’m so tired but I want to finish this already]

A/N: I'm finally finished!!!!
It took me almost two days to finish this chapter...
but i finished i went to sleep at like 2:00am at woke up at 6:00am to finish this chapter because i felt really bad that i keep saying that i will post a story but i never do...
