Psychotic LoveI sat on my bed as I looked around my room, beyond doubt I will miss this place. My chest heaved with mixed-emotions, I felt like it was simultaneously exciting and frightening.
I was brought back from my thoughts when someone knocked on my bedroom door. I was certain that it was my Mom, from those gentle, almost inaudible knocks.
'Honey, can Mommy come in?' Her soothing voice is something I wouldn't want to miss for a month.
'Yes, Mom.' Just then the door opened and she came in with my different kinds of uniforms, lying neatly on her arms.
'Is my daughter excited, hm?' She sat beside me on the bed, nudging me teasingly, but I responded with a small smile.
'I think I'm more nervous than excited, Mom.' She only chuckled at what I had said. She gently and tidily placed my uniforms one by one in a big luggage.
'Mommy knows you can do it, honey.' She hugged me tightly before she proceeded to fix my belongings. I don't know.
'I really don't know, Mom. I think I would not be able to last a month without you and Dad near me.' I placed my head on her shoulder as I let out a sigh. I was closed to shedding tears yet she managed to cease my tears from escaping my eyes with her soft, securing caress. I have always been dependent with my mother.
