Baekhyun POV

*HONK!*

I look to the side and a van was driving towards me

I was shocked, I wasn't able to react fast well enough when I felt a strong push from my side making me topple to the side. 

My eyes were shut "Was I hit?" I asked myself, when I heard people screaming and yelling,

"No.. I can't be hit, otherwise I wouldn't be hearing all this" I thought to myself

I slowly open my eyes and look to my side, it was Channie laying on the ground groaning in pain. He was bleeding all over but wasn't unconcious

"Channie!" I ran to his side with tears in my eyes "Why.." before I could take Channie took my hand "I'll protect you.. arrgh.. B..baekkie, I promise I won't let anything happen to you" Channie told me with his remaining time being concious "Believe in me" he said lastly and became unconcious

I shake my head "pabo!" I look at him from head to toes trying to find any movements

"Channie!!" I shouted and shake him "wake up! Don't leave me like this" I yelled at him while crying.

I feel so helpless, I can't carry Channie to the hospital, he's too big for me.. I can only wait and hope that the ambulance come in time. "Channie!" I kept calling hoping he'd wake up, my voice was shaking. I then lost hope "Channie you idiot!"

While I was kneeling there helplessly I heard the ambulance siren, my hopes went back up. I quickly stood up as I watch the people carry Channie on a stretcher to the ambulance. I asked if I could follow and they gave me permission. 

I was just sitting beside Channie holding his hands. I was unable to do anything.. I'm so useless right now, all I could do was cry "Channie.."

My heart was beating so fast and was tearing apart, I was so nervous.. What if he doesn't wake up... What am I going to do?

As soon as the ambulance reach the hospital, the ambulance workers quickly push Channie towards the emergency room. I just watched as Channie disappeared from sight. I refuse to believe what was going on.. "I thought you said if we die, we die together paboya! Why would you save me and let yourself be in this situation..".

I just sat on the ground hugging my knees while waiting for news about Channie.

After a few hours of waiting the doctor finally came out of the emergency room 

I immediately ran towards him and asked "How is he?"

"He's currently in a critical condition but we'll try our best to help him" he told me. 

"Can I see him" I asked and he just nod

I walked into his ward and saw him laying in the bed unconcious. 

I took a chair and sat beside him. I stared at him, he still looks good even when he's in this kind of situation.. 

"Channie.. you better wake up.. if not then I'll have to die with you" I told him, there was no responce I lay my chin on the bed as I stare at him. Tears slowly started to form in my eyes as I remembered the doctor's words.. his life is in danger..I was laying my head on the bed while sobbing when I felt strong movements from the bed. 

I looked up and saw Channie was gasping for air. My eyes widen and I quickly call for the doctor at the same time I was calling out to Channie who was struggling for air. Suddenly the cardiac monitor gave a flat sound indicating a person is dead.

My heart stopped beating for a second

The doctor then came rushing in the ward and ask me to leave.

As I left the room I felt like my whole world was falling down, I felt like I had no will to live anymore. This can't be true.. Are we going to end like this? What about Chanbaek... Nothing will be the same without Channie. 

The doctor then exited the room, "I'm sorry" he said and my heart felt like it was being suffocated. I slowly walk towards the room where Channie was with a white cloth over him.. "Channie..." I stared at him over the white cloth as tears fall. I clenched my fist and hit his chest "Pabo pabo pabo! What do you expect me to do if you leave me? You're really an idiot Channie.. You better wake up!" There was no response "Channie!!" I screamed and fell on the floor. All of a sudden everything became dark. I passed out

I woke up with a severe head ache, I sat up and remembered what happened "Channie!" I wanted to stand up when I saw someone beside me. Is this a dream?

"Morning Baekkie" 

The voice that I loved to hear, is this really here "Ch..Channie .. You.." I was unable to finish my sentence

He just smiled and walked to me, I just stared at him

"Why are you so quiet? Are you not relief that your husband is alive?" Channie asked with a slight smirk

Tears slowly fall from my eyes "Channie!!" I threw myself in his arms 

I didn't bother to ask what was going on I was just glad Channie was here

I felt a big warm hand caressing my hair. It felt so good to be in his arms, the warmth flowing through my body, being in his arms felt like I was safe from any sort of danger

Channie release the hug and held my chin. My heart was racing as his face came closer to mine. Eventually our lips touched we gave each other a long pationate kiss as if we hadn't kissed for ages.

"I hope you'll listen to me baekkie, about the divorce letter.." As soon as I heard him say that my heart tore. I cover my ears "I dont want to hear it!" I shouted 

Channie took my hand from my ears and "I didn't send it!" I looked at him confused "What?"

"It was my mom, she planned all this, she wanted to break us up. The girl from the pictures is my secretary, she help me with the papers and the other picture of me on the bed, its really nothing! That night, I had to attend a business party, I really don't know what happen but I think I got drunk but since its my mom's plan I was probably spiked. I promise you didnt I? I'd love you and only you." Channie explained, I looked in his eyes, his eyes and words were sincere 

"Really?" I look at him with tears in my eyes, he nodded

"Believe me Baekkie, you're the only one for me" 

We hugged for hours.

"But Channie what really happen? The doctor announced you dead" I finally asked

"Hehe, I kind of told the doctor to say that, I wanted to see your reaction" he teased me

"You're so mean!" I sobbed and hugged him so tight

"I'm sorry Baekkie" he said and kiss my forehead "I wont do it again"

We remain hugging each other for hours. It was a comforting feeling.

So many accidents going on, this time its Channie
