Baekhyun POV

~~Weekend~~

Today was the day... The day my relationship with Channie depends on. The day where our relationship start or end. It was the day I meet Channie's parents

I was so nervous, my heart was racing so face I couldnt breathe until I heard a familiar voice calling me, the voice that calmed my heart down

"Baekkie" I turn around and saw Channie behind the door peeking. I smiled and tilted my head "Yes Channie?" 

"Are you ready?" he asked and entered the room.

I shook my head and look down "What if they disapprove? Will we still be together?"

Channie then grabbed me by my shoulder and turned me to look at him. He give a short but passionate kiss, "Whether they approve or not, I dont care, I'll always be with you even if it means running away with you"

"But Channie.. your family business.."

"I dont care about that Baekkie, to me you are the most important person in my life, if my parents want me to continue the family business they're gonna have to accept you" he looked at me and smiled

I hugged him "I dont want to be the one getting in between you and your family"

"Dont worry baekkie they've always been forcing me to live the way they wanted me to live.. I'm already tired of it" he said trying to comfort me

"Let's go baekkie, its time" he said and pat my head. I nodded and we both went to his car and drove off to his parent's home.

On the way to his parents home my heard was pounding against my chest so hard, I was playing with my fingernails, its what I do when I am nervous.

Channie knows I was nervous so he held my hand and assuring me "Dont worry, we'll always be together regardless of what my parents think"

"I really want your parents to like me.." I said looking down

"Just be yourself" he told me, I didnt answer and kept looking down throughout the trip

~~Parent's house~~

We both exit the car and stood in front of the 3 story mansion. I was admiring the mansion at the same time worrying about meeting his parents

Channie held my hand and walk towards the mansion door. He ring the door bell and after a few second the door opened. A beautiful lady was at the door "Oh! Chanyeol-ah! Oh~ My son" she called out to Channie and hugged him "Annyeong umma~" Channie replied like a kid that juse came back home from school

"Oh, Is this your friend?" she asked Channie. I heart was pounding so hard when I saw here looking at me. Channie looked at me too and smile "Ani umma, he's my 'partner' ". His mother seem to understand what he meant as the smile on her face almost immediately disappeared.

"Mwo??!" she yelled "Umma.. I know you and appa wont approve, I dont care umma" he wrap his arm around my waist and pull me close "I want to be with him whether you like it or not" Channie said looking at his mom seriously in the eye

She slapped channie across his cheeks "You..! How dare you speak like that to your mom"

"Channie!" I place my hands on his shoulder. "You!" she pointed at me "Get out of here before my husband come down".

"If he's going, I'm going too!" Channie yelled at his mom making me feel really guilty.

"YA! Chanyeol! PARK CHANYEOL!! GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW! YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO THIS FAMILY" His mom shouted

"Ignore her Baekkie, let's go home" he said softly. "But Channie.." before I could continue Channie kissed me on my lips "No more buts, even if they dont accept us I still want to be with you. To me you're more important than them, you shown me what true love is. My parents, they just want me to take over the family business, nothing more. All they cared about was the family business and their reputations so let's just go Baekkie" reluctantly, I looked down and nodded

We went into the car and drove back home

"From now on, let's just be like a normal family, not a rich family or a poor. We'll work hard to live on our own, ok?" Channie said and smiled at me. I nodded and smile back

The day ended like that.. My heart would ache whenever I remember this moment where Channie and his mom fought because me...
