The best bars were always the one that played classic hip hop. Those were always the one worth attending. Also, Summer knew the bartender there quite well which always made the trip there a definite plus.

Krystal and Chanyeol was standing outside the bar waiting for Summer. When she arrived it was Krystal who greeted her first. She gave her best friend a big hug, and then pulled away. “, you have not been answering any of my phone calls! What’s wrong with you? Where have you been!!”

Chanyeol gently tugged Krystal away and hugged Summer. A worried look plastered his face, and he placed a soft kiss on the top of her head.

Judging by the look of pity in his eyes, Summer had a feeling word had already gotten to him about the break up.

“Sorry girl,” she squeezed lightly on Krystal’s arm. “We’ll talk more later, let’s go grab some seats first.”

They sat down by the bar, Krystal on one side of her and Chanyeol on the other. Summer caught the attention of the bartender and gave him a little wave. Surprised by her appearance tonight, he said something to his co-worker and sauntered over to them.

“Summer!” It looked like he was grabbing something from his jacket pocket but when his hands came out it was just his index and thumb forming a little heart.

Summer playfully grabbed the heart and beamed at him. “Bobby! I’ve returned for you.”

“I can see that! Missed you.” He smiled warmly and then looked at her friends. He bowed in greeting, “Hey Krystal. Whatsup Chanyeol?” He held out his fist and Chanyeol bumped it back.

“I’ll be right back, ok? So take your time looking through the menu.” Bobby handed the drink menu to Summer and gave her a wink.

When he walked away, Krystal rolled her eyes and flipped her hair back. “I’m pretty sure he has the hots for you. Like 115% sure that he does.”

“Oh please,” Summer said, waving her hand in her best friends direction. “You think everybody has the hots for me.”

“It’s cause they do,” Chanyeol piped in. Summer gave him a look.

Bobby returned with a plate full of fresh fruits for them. “Courtesy of me. It’s on the house.”

“No way, you’re too much!” Krystal said, staring at the large plate of fruits in front of them.

Bobby shrugged, “It’s nothing.” He leaned onto the counter and turned his attention to Summer. “What will you have tonight? Yogurt soju? Beer? Rice wine?”

“A beer tower is fine, just one though Bobby. I’m not trying to party tonight.” Summer gave him a look, and they both exchanged secret smiles with one another.

“You got it!” He winked at her one more time and then left.
