Valentine’s day was right around the corner. Shops and malls were filled with heart decorations for the selected holiday. Red, pink and white was all around. Whether it is in ornament form or in clothing form, no one could escape from all the love in the air.
It was a tradition for Summer and her friends to spend the day together. Even if they were dating other people, they still made time for each other to exchange gifts. In other words, Valentine ’s Day was like another Christmas for them.
Summer decided to hit up the mall to see what she can get her friends this year. The last few years she bought containers and filled them with home-made sugar cookies and a hand made card. This year she wanted to be a little different. She wanted to actually give them real gifts. She was finally working and this year she could spoil her friends the way they spoiled her.
She had decided to look for Chanyeol’s gift first. She went into the Men’s department and searched for a nice crewneck for Chanyeol. She looked through the racks and found nothing appeasing. Her biggest regret was not asking Krystal to come. If anybody knew anything about style, it would definitely be Krystal.
Summer tapped her chin in thought and walked around to see what she could imagine Chanyeol in.
In that moment, someone came out from the change room. She looked up momentarily, as what people tend to do when they hear someone coming out. She met eyes with a familiar guy. It was the boy that she had bumped into at the University.
He was wearing one of the nicest crewneck she had ever seen. His style was definitely jaw dropping. From his leather snapback, to his bomber jacket to his crewneck, even to his pants and shoes. The assemble was beautifully put together. The boy noticed Summer eyeing him. She quickly looked away, blushing in embarrassment. He handed the worker one of the shirt’s that he had tried on and walked away.
Jackson contemplated whether or not to walk up and greet her but decided against it. What would he say? She didn’t know him personally and he didn’t know her either. They were two strangers.
