I was dreading having to tutor Jongin but it didn’t go as bad as I was expecting. I can see potential in him, and if he takes the lessons seriously, then he could become a good chef. Not great, but good.

I was telling the truth when I said he was a pain in the , he is so hyper; I swear he is part Chihuahua. But I did also mean it when I said he was a nice guy, I felt like I could tell him about my grandfather, he felt like a friend which I have never had before. That’s the reason why I respect my grandfather so much; he was my best friend when I was younger. All the kids in school would tease and mock me because of my height and eyes and none of them wanted to be friends with me. I would come home every night crying because everyone hated me but my granddad would comfort me by teaching me how to cook and bake food.

It was then that I found out that I loved cooking; it was like a place I could escape to when I was upset. That is also why I got really defensive of my kitchen when Jongin said he would burn it. I don’t care if he is like a friend or not, if he damages my kitchen in any way, I will hurt him.

After I left the tutor session, I received a text message from an unknown number. Curious, I opened the message.
