As the wind subtly blows on my face, I remember those times when I knew the real meaning of happiness.

The times when I learned that, it's not about the things that you expect, but the things that comes unexpectedly.

The days I spent smiling and laughing wholeheartedly. The days I had spent with you.

It's been a year now since I left you with a broken heart. A year of torture and pain on my part.

I spent all those lonely days, thinking how hurt you were. How much hate you might have felt.

Now, I'm back. I have returned to correct my mistakes. 

I returned to ask for your forgiveness. To ask you to love me again.

It sounds selfish I know, but I want to spend the remaining days of my life with you by my side.
