A year had passed since that incident. She came back to Seoul.

CHARACTERS
Hwang Tiffany:
She left him not because she didn't love him anymore. She left because she doesn't want to see him hurting while she is. She had been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. She kept it a secret from everyone, except Heechul. It was difficult for her to leave him. She needs a heart transplant so she left. When she comes back, Will he take her back, or will he leave her broken?
Choi Siwon:
He was left broken when Tiffany left. He tried to move on by dating Yoona. He thought he already did, until Tiffany came back and asked him to take her back. He was really hurt, but he knows he still loves her. But he let his pride take over. Besides, Yoona is still his girlfriend. Little does he know that Tiffany might not make it through. Will he keep his pride rule over his heart, or will he just follow what his heart tells him.
Kim Heechul:
He had loved Tiffany secretly, but that's all there is to it. He doesn't want to ruin their friendship with a confession. But a confession from her made his mind change. He promised to keep at secret from everyone as she asked him to. He wanted to at least be there for her when the time comes. He promised himself that Tiffany will be happy. He would do an ything to give Siwon's heart back.
Im Yoona:
She had been lucky to be Siwon's girlfriend. She doesn't care if she was just Tiffany's replacement. All that matter is that Siwon is hers. She would make sure that Tiffany doesn't get in their way. Tiffany had everything, but now, her most prized possession is hers. She wouldn't let him go whatever happens.
