When Trinity Jung’s parents died from a deadly car crash, it’s up to 18yearold Trinity to become a single mom, dad, and student, in the span of one night… oh and as well as a paid fiancé to a rich player named Myungsoo. Trinity soon learns that Disney was right… “it’s a small world after all” as almost everyone that she knows (and meets) are all connected one way or another… even if it means something horrific. It’s very… complicated. 

Trinity Jung (18 years old) is your typical student. She got into a decent college, preparing to have some fun at parties, while having some family time on the side. But when her parents died on the same night because of a tragic car accident, Trinity found herself being a mother and father for her two younger siblings. While Trinity is depressed that she is now taking care of two growing kids all by herself, she still has the tough and headstrong personality she was always known for. Even when she’s suffering she doesn’t show it to others. But when the family was about to be kicked out of the house, a wealthy couple offered her a “job”: to marry their snobby partying son so he can settle down once and for all. Trinity also, on the side,  develops feelings for a caring 24 year old, but constantly checks herself as she reminds herself that there's quite an age difference and she's now officially getting married. 

Myungsoo “L” Kim (21 years old), the only heir to Serenity Industries and a partying player who doesn’t care about the misfortune of others, is forced into marrying a non-y first year with two kids under her wings. His parents say that it’s so he can settle down and finally start taking the business more seriously since he’s going into his last year of college. Even so, Myungsoo knows his parents better than that… there must be something that they’re not telling him. Although Myungsoo refused in his head to marry this Plain Jane, he goes along and gets engaged to save his inheritance. Even though he’s not happy with the idea of marrying at a young age, there’s something about his sassy yet motherly future wife that makes him take a second look. 

Xiumin Kim (24 years old) A sweet and good hearted policeman is investigating Trinity’s parent’s car accident. While he’s trying his best to focus on his job, Xiumin feels sympathy for the young girl trying to balance out her now complicated life with her head held up high even though her shoulders are dropping to the floor. While Xiumin is trying to help her out as a friend, he develops special feelings for this younger girl and hates the man who brings tears to her eyes; causing his heart to become corrupted. 

Nana Im (21 years old) is a y rich girl, daughter of the highest paid oil executives and a good friend with Myungsoo since they were babies. She always had feelings for Myungsoo; even though she doesn’t show it much. Of course there were occasions where she tried to show him her true feelings, but he just didn't care. Either way, when a poor nobody comes out of nowhere and is now engaged to the love of her life, Nana is driven to bring out her absolute worst and kick that gold digger out and back to her place. 

Jiyeon Park (18 years old) is Trinity’s best friend and helps her as much as she can (babysitting the kids). Jiyeon is cute, y, and tough all into one and she’s flocked by guys almost constantly. But although she has had her share of relationships (though they were very short), she never truly loved anyone… that is until she meets one special policeman. Jiyeon is strangely innocent when it comes to Xiumin and doesn’t know how to feel when she finds out that he loves her best friend and her best friend loves him back. 

Trinity's Siblings:

Matt Jung is an 11 year old boy who’s actually very mature for his age. When his parents got into the car accident, instead of shutting down, he did what his sister did; stepping up his game. Matt takes care of his younger sister, Crystal, as best as he possibly could and babysits her as well as himself when no one is able to. Matt knows his sister, Trinity, is suffering even though she never says so, and that's why he tried to help as much as he can

Crystal Jung is the cute and bubbly little sister that everyone wants. This 9 year old girl is positive for Trinity and Matt after shutting down for a short period of time. Crystal learns from an early age that when life gives you incredibly sour lemons, you try to make sweet and delicious lemonade; no matter how hard it is and/or how long it may take.
