"I... really like you.. so much." He was standing in front of me when I said those words. I'm really nervous of what he would say, but I'm hoping that.. he would reciprocate my feelings. I've done all of the things a guy would have done just to be recognize by someone he likes.

The silence between us is defeaning. I bit my lips because I don't really know what I would do, and I'm so nervous of what he would say.

After a long period of silence. He finally answered.

"But I don't date ugly guys."

It's as if I heard a glass shattering and everything became a blur to me. I felt something pinching my heart and it's too painful, I can hardly breath. I want to say something, but I can't speak. I can't say anything that would describe this pain I feel inside of me.

He left me standing alone at the hallway while I could hear his chuckles and his muttering of how pathetic of him to say that, he's not even handsome for a guy.

I clenched my fist and run away. Away from him, away from everybody in this school. Because now I understand everything. He wouldn't look at me because I'm ugly and ugly people doesn't have any right to live in this world full of brightness right?

I ran away until I reached home. I immediately went to my room, not even bothering to answer when my mom called my name. 

At least in my room, welcoming darkness is all I have. And I can live up with that.

Characters:

Name: Do Kyungsoo

Age: 16

He likes to be alone in his room with his plastic dolls. Likes horror movies and would want to live in a haunted house if he can. Has low self-esteem because of his past. He is forced to live in his Uncle's mansion until he graduates high school.

Name: Kim Jongin

Age: 16

He is hot-headed and would like to solve things by the means of fighting. Well, he is always hungry somehow. An easy-go-lucky kid. He has the most fangirls and he is not happy about it. Jongin hates Kyungsoo's low self-esteem but he bears with it for the sake of their rented house.

Name: Park Chanyeol

Age: 17

He loves being with girls and loves the attention that they give him. He came from a rich family but he lives in Joonmyun's mansion because his parents sent him for school. But even though he's a playboy, he truly loves his friends as well as Kyungsoo and somehow a certain guy named Baekhyun, who obviously hates his guts.

Name: Oh Sehun

Age: 16

He is an introverted human being. He doesn't involve himself into petty fights, that's why Luhan wanted to strangle him the first time they met. He likes doing things on his own. He also came from a rich family, and that's the reason of his attitude towards people. He's sent by his parents to live in Joonmyun's mansion so that he would be nearer to school.

Name: Lu Han

Age: 17

He's outgoing. He's pretty much scared of Kyungsoo's weird attitude and he wouldn't want to step inside Kyungsoo's room. He is a commoner just like Jongin. That's why he couldn't understand Chanyeol and Sehun's attitude in the first place. But anyhow, he managed to be close with them. He is often teased by the three because of his looks and he doesn't like it...that's why he whines and sometimes cry when they do that.

Name: Kim Joonmyun

Age: 27

He is Kyungsoo's uncle and he wants Kyungsoo to be a real gentleman, that's why he ordered the four boys who's renting his mansion to turn him into one. He travels all around the world to find.. a perfect love. He expects that when he comes back, he would see Kyungsoo as a real gentleman.

Name: Byun Baekhyun

Age: 17

He is another pretty boy from school. He's the only one in the school who's close with the four boys, but he often fights with Chanyeol because of the latter's attitude. Baekhyun likes Kyungsoo and treats him as a bestfriend and would like Kyungsoo to come out of his shell, because Baekhyun thinks Kyungsoo is beautiful inside and out.

Author's note: This fic is inspired by Yamato Nadeshiko: The Wallflower. If any of you guys had read the manga or anime, then you'll probably have an inkling of what this story would be like. But if you don't, then it's probably better in my side. Hahaha. But of course, not everyhting would be like the anime itself, I'll change things like, making the lead a guy than a girl and apparently doing the ships in this story for my liking. LOL But anyhow, I hope you would like this story and I'll try to update frequently as I can. Plus, English is not my first language, and I believe I'm not that fluent so yeah please bear with me :3 ♥ Other EXO members would make a cameo so don't worry *w*
