Final update

It had been over two weeks with Minseok living at the dwarf's place. The Starlight Princes kept going in and out, much to Baekhyun's distress, but they kept the mood light. Luhan was also a huge support to tell Minseok that everything was going to be okay. He reassured him, between their midnight kisses, that he was going to have a full family again, he was going to have a chance to make up for his mistake.

Another day was dawning, and they heard the knock on the door again.

Baekhyun grumbled out loud, attaching himself to Kyungsoo, literally, and cursing the Starlight Princes. But when Jongdae opened the door, it was Kris who walked in, looking constipated.

"Father!" Minseok said running up to him, "What happened? Are you okay?"

Before Kris could answer, Chanyeol spoke up, "He just looks nervous. We have a special guest today I presume?"

Minseok looked at Kris with shocked wide eyes and the latter stepped aside to let Suho step forward, gingerly. He was looking gorgeous again, dressed in all red. It was like they were back to the second, but first true meeting, like a chance to reset.

"How have you been Minseok?" Suho asked after greeting the other drawfs.

Minseok just stood there dumbfounded and Luhan pinched his back as he tried to help the conversation along, "You look gorgeous again King Suho. I hope that we can start my sorcery lessons soon."

"Sorcery lessons?" Minseok asked and Luhan flicked his forehead. 

"So you can talk. Someone was trying to greet you.

Minseok stuttered and apologized to Suho, but the latter stopped him.

"Minseok, can we go on a walk. I would like to talk to you."

Minseok nodded. The three walked outside.

"I spoke to Kris on the ride here. I have realized that I have not been the father I should have been to you Minseok. I was too selfish, and I apologize for the emotional scar I put on you-"

"No, please Suho, it was my fault as well. I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions like that. I was stupid."

"I forgive you Minseok, but that doesn't change the fact that your trust in me is lacking. I don't know if I can come back if you don't believe in me."

Minseok looked down at his feet as they walked in silence, "... Suho, I have made mistakes in past and misjudged people, but I have also learnt from those mistakes. i have learnt who to trust and who not to trust. It is a skill that I must have as a future ruler for Exo-L. I may still be not as wise, but if you give me a chance, I am willing to show you that I would do anything for this family to work. I liked you when I first met you, and I still like you. Will you be my dad again?"
